Horrible Service First time, I didn't get the discount that I was told I would when they called to reschedule my appointment. My second time visiting this place and my experience was horrible. I came in Saturday for an oil change and saturday night my check engine light came on and car became shaky and started blowing a lot of exhaust. Brought my car back Monday morning and was told that it was basically normal wear and tear and that part of it. I spoke with the Service Manager, he is a rude, ignorant B. I also spoke with one of the sales managers, just an unhelpful. If you want your car messed up and terrible service, please do make this your dealership of choice. More

Paid 4 times the amount originally promised I received a phone call a few days back about a promotion: 9.95 for an oil change. "What's the catch?" I asked the woman on the phone. "No catch. Just I received a phone call a few days back about a promotion: 9.95 for an oil change. "What's the catch?" I asked the woman on the phone. "No catch. Just schedule your service. Mention 'Maliyah'." Fine. I scheduled the service. Let them know immediately about the promotion I was promised and they went to work. An hour later, AFTER the service was completed, they tell me the only way they can honor the promotion is if I test drive a vehicle. "That's not what the lady said on the phone told me. Had I known I would have to test drive a car, I would not have brought my 4 month old son with me and I would have gone elsewhere for an oil change." "Well, you should've read the email." The manager, Ziggy Garbowski, made a scene with me in the waiting room in front of other customers. His tone was completely off putting and condescending. His lack of professionalism was noted, and when I told him I would not be back and that I planned to write a review, his response was "That's fine." SO, if ever you receive a call from these people pitching a promotion, don't ask questions, just refuse it. I guarantee they'll change their story when you show up. They won't honor it. 0 stars for customer service. More

Its not the customer fault it's your company fault because they did not add the name to the list now the customer has to leave that's very unacceptable when I didn't spend $24,000 buying a new car there and I had to go out to Highland Indiana to wedd Hyundai who did a great job and they are not disrespectful the service person name John he needs some skill work and he needs to know how to talk to the customers because you guys lost five customers because of his behavior I would never buy another car there and I would never get an oil change there and I'm going to tell my family and friends not to come there terrible service and you can't reach the service manager Mike he's never available to talk to anybody he needs to be replaced as well More
