Sorry tp hear about the situation, but we just changed your oil, the issue you had was not related to the oil change, a fuel injector went bad, and we explained this to you. We also recommended numerous services in the past that you have always declined, and that is your choice, but when parts fail sooner as a result of preventative maintenance not being performed this could be the result of that. Lastly to scream and call the staff in the store belligerent names after everyone gave you the courtesy of explaining the situation and trying to resolve your issue in a timely manner is not acceptable.

First, the service was NOT recommended in the past! And it certainly was NOT recommended on Saturday so, you are WRONG! Second, I became emotional AFTER recieving horrible service from your "service" manager. Third, you just changed my oil however, I had no issue until the very day after my oil change. you responded to an email sales promotion that offered a 9.95 oil change with a test drive, of a new car---pretty straight forward offer,test drive a new car, get a big discount on an oil change as a thankyou for doing so-- you called our appointment center to make an appointment to perform the service, keep in mind the sales promotion email offered this with a test drive of a new car.When the customer complained I simply asked her to please pull up the email promotion she received and there it was, test drive a new car and as a thank you we would offer you a 9.95 oil change--this is a promotion paid for by the sales department to current customer with the test drive of a new car. The customer refused to test drive any car, and I said that was the way the promotion worked. There was no scene, I pulled you to the side and spoke to you privately where there were no other customer around, and to be honest you were raising your voice with "were done here" and I simply reiterated that the offer you responded to was an offer paid for by the sales department with the test drive of a new car. Special offers and promotions have conditions, simply read the offer, follow the guidelines, and there will not be an issue.
