Went in for oil change and the next day had a pool of oil under my vehicle. Went back after finding and photographing the pool of oil to fix. Said it was fixed and again pool of oil under vehicle. Only came in for maintenance checkup. I was told about union rates for mechanics as to why they did not want to check some things. Maybe they were telling me to discourage me for having work done. The inside of my car was covered in grease and it was not washed. Bad customer experience. They had no interest in fixing my car. brake lights are not working Said they were not working when I came in, I doubt it. asked could they check fuses, was told about union rates and prices even though they supposedly fixed two recall items involving brake switches. Something going on here, will never return. Never call me to pick up call, Will call corporate office More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hello, I had a 12:00 appointment today for a oil change . I dropped my 2017 KIA Rio off at 11:50 and was told by the service person that my vehic Hello, I had a 12:00 appointment today for a oil change . I dropped my 2017 KIA Rio off at 11:50 and was told by the service person that my vehicle was going in for the oil change as soon as he finished checking me in. I was asked if I was going to wait while it was being serviced and I told him that I was dropping it off because I had a ride back home. When I returned to pick-up my vehicle at 1:35 pm, I was told that my vehicle had not been serviced yet. I asked to speak to the service manager and was referred to David Sobczak. I told him that this is totally unacceptable and he said that this happens Sometimes and offered me a discounted oil change in whichI refused. First of all, I had an appointment! what's the use of making an appointment if my vehicle is going to be serviced whenever! This dealership gives a new meaning to the word unprofessional!!! I took off of work just so that I could make my appointment! Not to mention that I have referred several of my family members to this dealership! You have lost my business and not that it may mean a lot but, Customer service is the lifeline in sustaining business!! More

I just tired to leave him a message and got disconnected and when you do reach someone they take your name and number down and DON'T return the call. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN KIA SERVICE DEPT. Now I have to go to another KIA service dept. away for where I leave and that is a shame. SHAME ON THE SERVICE DEPT. More
