The service staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and lazy. Not only did they not do what was asked of them, they did not complete their inspection sufficiently. Even the manager has absol dishonest, and lazy. Not only did they not do what was asked of them, they did not complete their inspection sufficiently. Even the manager has absolutely no respect for anyone. Their service times are ridiculous I waited 5 hours for a simple oil change. Absolutely no one is following Covid protocols either. They are not wearing masks, eating in front of customers, this establishment needs to be shut down immediately. More
I have been coming to this location for years for service which I always enjoyed. However on today I experienced the worst service. Very sad how things change. I am so tired of dealing with dealership because the customer service is HORRIBLE! Even though I bought my vehicle from here the service stinks. If you are able to get to speak to someone on line they d customer service is HORRIBLE! Even though I bought my vehicle from here the service stinks. If you are able to get to speak to someone on line they don't provide any of the correct information or they bounce you around from line to line until after all the waiting they hang up. They've had my car now for a week and not only have I not heard anything... I cant even reach them to find out whats wrong with my car and how much are they going to overcharge me to fix it. Although I purchased my car from here, and it near me, I know there is another dealership with better customer service/ appreciation than this. Once I go there which is inconvenient for me because I'm on one foot I will not return to River Oaks Hyundai again. Each time I've visited here I experienced issues with the staff. I took my Kia Sportage to have repairs done and also the passenger side light to be replace they replaced him wrong light so they said it was my fault that they replace the headlights on the driver side but passenger side light to be replace they replaced him wrong light so they said it was my fault that they replace the headlights on the driver side but it was the passenger side light but I was so pissed and disgusted I would never go there again even if I bought the car there I would never bring my car back I would never recommend no one ever ever buy a car there And definitely not have any service done and their service department lousy discussed it and they treated me like I was stupid that I didn’t know what I was talking about yeah it was their fault they replaced driver driver side lights and I told them it was a passenger side light I need to be replace I paid lot of money to have my car repaired they had the audacity to tell me they replace the light bulb But I had to pay for the light but even know they screwed up I am so disgusted so angry I will never ever visit this call dealership again so I left I went to AutoZone to have my light replaced but when the guy took a look at it the socket and light bulb on the passenger side was missing so now I have to go to another dealership do you have and to replace the passenger side socket and light bulb . So you tell me how did the socket and light bulb are missing . So who took the out the socket and light bulb out ? So the general manager and the service manager other service department just walked away. Very lousy service😡 More

I went to this dealership to buy accessories for my car and parts counter asked for my phone number and said that they have no record of me buying my car here and said that ok and i have talked to them in and parts counter asked for my phone number and said that they have no record of me buying my car here and said that ok and i have talked to them in service department and told them that i purchased my 2020 Kia Forte from a other Kia dealership and they said that they will be happy to service my car when needed and even if there were to be a recall River Oaks Kia service department said that they will honor recall if there's ever one I'll continue to buy accessories for my car and i will bring it in when it needs to be serviced More
