Year 2022- The worst service I have ever received in my entire life! They kept my car for an entire month without giving me any updates! I had to repeatedly call them. They gave the car back with a piece o entire life! They kept my car for an entire month without giving me any updates! I had to repeatedly call them. They gave the car back with a piece on the passenger side unscrewed and left it on the floor of the car! The funny thing is you never know who your customer is and should not judge a book by its cover! You never know who the customer knows and the assets they have that can be the very end of your career, business, etc. This company will rethink how they service people! Eventually they may be out of business, when they do I hope they walk away with this in mind. Remember that customer service can make or break your company. They are your greatest asset. They give false information to get people down there. The worst part of my experience with this dealership at this particular location would be that I brought my car in for a recall repair and they never rep worst part of my experience with this dealership at this particular location would be that I brought my car in for a recall repair and they never repaired it. They accepted the part that was sent marked that they replaced it but never replaced my part. I'm glad my personal mechanic suggested I take a picture of the part that was supposed to be replaced before taking it into this dealership in compare it to what they so-called claim was replaced. Guess what everyone when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told my vehicle was fine and did not need a safety recall replacement after waiting days because their systems was down and they couldn't read the codes. This place is a joke and an investigation needs to be done immediately because they're scamming left and right! More
