I took my '22 Tuscon in for service and would like to commend Aurelia Houston!! She made a change to the speedometer display on my vehicle that had been an issue for me since I purchased the car. This dealership has zero respect for its customers…or for itself. The service staff uses both profanity and sexual innuendos openly in front of customers. The manager I’ve interacted with came off as though he visits this community but hates the people who reside in it. The workers have experienced this themselves. The advice the service reps gave me when servicing my vehicle was to “get rid of it!” I made a service appointment. When I bought in my vehicle I was suppose to get a loaner. They informed me they didn’t have one available but would call me to bring my vehicle in at a later date. This was months ago. Last time I was there, when paying, they asked me was I sure if they ran my card it would come back in my name😳 More
This dealership doesn't respect or value their customers. Went into the service department 4/17 for 2 tire sensor that weren't in stock, Paid for the sensors over 3 weeks later no one from the service depart Went into the service department 4/17 for 2 tire sensor that weren't in stock, Paid for the sensors over 3 weeks later no one from the service department called to say they were in. Paid an additional $366 for labor and drove car next day tire light on again. Returned car per service reps Hyundai programmer is broken and it not compatible with 2012 cars, Its now 5/30 haven't heard from any service rep, nor manager about fixing car that was paid in full for. I WILL NOT Recommend this location as they do not care about customers nor taking their money! More

Had an appointment to get a recall part. Got their and they didn't have the part. Didn't try to compensate me in no kinda way. At least could have gotten a call to let me know before I burned my gas and canceled another appointment to be there. Unexceptable !!!. More

After reading all those positive reviews, I must share by thoughts and concerns. WELL, after submitting a review 8/19/2022, I was contacted by someone from Kia immediately after several calls. Thank U for yo thoughts and concerns. WELL, after submitting a review 8/19/2022, I was contacted by someone from Kia immediately after several calls. Thank U for your response. My conversation wasn't positive at all. I was told they were going to repair my 2019 Kia but they were NOT going to install a kill switch on the car nor were they going to install the immobilizer on the 2019 Kia to deter individuals for stealing the Kia again. That means I'll be in the same situation again: car (Kia) stolen again, filing an insurance claim again and back to Kia for repair. I see $$$ signs. I need encouraging advice. More
