I highly reccomend Napleton's River Oaks dealership if you are in the market for buying a new or used vehicle. The staff is friendly and courteous. Odeh (pronounced like Odie) was great!!! From the get-go, he made my wife and me feel comfortable. He was completely honest and open and we never felt like we were getting played. He brought in the GM (Ziggy), who was also incredibly helpful, honest and open, with none of that "let me talk to someone else in another room to wear us down crap." We never felt pressured or that anything sneaky was taking place like we've felt in other dealerships. Throughout the entire process they each shared with us their assumptions and in the end gave us a PHENOMENAL deal on a new Optima Hybrid. By the end we were so impressed we started talking to them about buying another car from them! Highly recommended, we definitely will refer anyone we know who's looking for a Kia or Hyundai to go see Odeh and Ziggy More

Livid!!! Emailed the dealership about vehicle listed online received call stating vehicle was AVAILABLE and setup appt and test drive. Visited the dealership to look at the vehicle, test drove, filled online received call stating vehicle was AVAILABLE and setup appt and test drive. Visited the dealership to look at the vehicle, test drove, filled out finance app, got "approved", left deposit only to find out 2 days later that the vehicle was pending a deal. So after the time wasted, gas wasted, and deposit that was left on the vehicle the GM (Ziggy) claimed that we were aware that someone else had a contract on the car. IF that were the case why would we show back up or even leave a deposit on a car that was "SOLD"? Who shows a car that has a contract pending? To add insult to injury I took the vehicle to another dealership to be serviced, why would I waste my time taking a SOLD car to get inspected? This was a very deceptive sales practice and the vehicle was sold from underneath us. The staff was practicing in a very unscrupulous manner. All he could do is come up with excuses when confronted about the deal. Very unprofessional and dishonest. BUYER BEWARE, make sure you get everything in writing if you decide to deal with this dealership. I don't recommend anyone visiting this location, I am sure that you can find a dealer that will stand behind what they say. THIS IS NOT THE ONE!! Lastly its about LOYALTY, HONESTY, and best business practices, he saw the oppty to make a quick sale and took it. Ps this would have been the THIRD vehicle purchased from Napelton Auto Group, never again!! More
I purchased a Kia Optima and my father-in-law purchased a Kia Rio at Arnell Kia. My husband and I saw an ad for a used Kia Sorento at Napleton Kia, we needed a 6-passenger vehicle, and Odeh was very helpful Kia Rio at Arnell Kia. My husband and I saw an ad for a used Kia Sorento at Napleton Kia, we needed a 6-passenger vehicle, and Odeh was very helpful in getting us a new Kia Sorento with discounts, a decent trade-in amount for our used vehicle and pretty close to our price range that we were willing to pay for the used vehicle and threw in rubber Sorento floormats. We are very pleased with the service we received and would recommend them highly. I was a little disappointed with the fact Arnell Kia did not offer me or my father-in-law the extended Gap Insurance coverage bumper to bumper for the life of our loans and we had to purchase rubber floormats for both vehicles.
