For my complicated situation I was referred to Cleveland. I have to say even after being told it was going to be difficult or near impossible he worked on my information for a couple days and I ended up driv I have to say even after being told it was going to be difficult or near impossible he worked on my information for a couple days and I ended up driving out of the lot with a Beautiful Kia Sorento. I was so impressed with him I brought my mother in law back the next day and she bought a dodge caliber. Teri in finance was very patient with us too while I had my 2 year old with us who was very happy to explorer his "new" environment. Lastly, Bobbi who worked hand in hand with Cleveland to get us where we needed to be. I will refer this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a car. I was so happy I was referred to Cleveland and I will continue with referring him! Thank you again Cleveland and you can count on seeing me again!! More

Very bad dealer. I STROGLY DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THOSE PEOPLE !!! 1. They sold me a broken car with an engine problem. Check engine light poped up two days after car purchase. Salesmen promised to send me a spare key which I never got. 4. Car was missing the spare wheel which the salesman promised to get for me. It's been four weeks by now and I still don't have the spare wheel!!! VERY BAD. BE CAREFULL. More

I've bought from many dealerships before and I've never got everything done in less than six hours before, which left me with practically a whole day to enjoy my new vehicle. Odeh was kind, friendly, never got everything done in less than six hours before, which left me with practically a whole day to enjoy my new vehicle. Odeh was kind, friendly, patient, and very cooperative through out the entire experience. I felt like I was working with a friend instead of a salesperson helping me to make a decision that I would be comfortable with. And he surprised me by choosing a vehicle which I might not have chosen for myself but I'm truly glad he picked for me, because I love the car it's great on gas, stylist and it fits my personality and everyone who's seen me in it says the same thing to me without me even saying how much I like it. Needless to say that if and when it comes time to trade up I will be returning to Napleton River Oaks Kia, and hopefully Odeh will still be there to assist me again. I had a very poor experience at this dealership. I felt my time was not respected. They asked for my dad's SS# before they even offered him a test drive. I asked about features on the car i.e. EVO Sales Guy Response: Oh that is just some sales/marketing something. We waited for and extended period of time for them to locate the color type my dad wanted since it was not on the lot. (Ok understandable if you are trying to get verbal confirmation) Then I asked for what is equivalent to a quote, a paper stating what car type and options with a price breakdown out the door. Which should have been standard fare since we went in as a Costco customer. After waiting another extended period of time more than 45 min. We get up to leave and he prints out a paper with numbers on it but it does not state what car, color, or options we would be getting for that price. Disgusted we left then the sales me runs out saying they need a deposit to get the car to there location. WHAT? When I get in the car I promptly call Joe Rizza KIA which we ultimately did business with the next day. They to had to go find the car but the process and the price was much better. I called back to Frank because initially my dad wanted to give them another chance. (I think the sales kid reminded him of my little brother). But Dad admitted later that he was so irritated with the experience he had found it difficult to sleep that night and had a MUCH better experience at Joe Rizza Kia. Frank apologized said he would try to repair the relationship and get us the car. He also promised to send the information I requested by email. (That never happened). He instead called my Dad (in an effort to not deal with me apparently) and tried to strike a "deal" over the phone still NOT in writing. Credibility is HOT to... at this point in my eyes. While FRANK is wheeling and dealing in a very car salesman style with my dad over the phone I get a call back from Joe Rizza KIA with a better price and better service. Thank GOD for competition and free market. We got the car that evening but NOT from FRANK or Napleton's River Oaks Kia. BUT we are very satisfied Joe Rizza Kia customers. More
