I previously owned a 2011 Kia Sorento and had no idea I would drive off with a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. I merely went to the dealership to look at upgrading to another Sorento. Tim (the sales manager) encouraged me to keep my options open, which I did. The beauty they showed me with all the latest gadgets blew me away. Robert was so informative and patient and didn't pressure me. Then the numbers were crunched beautifully and I couldn't pass up such a sweet deal!
