I gave my experience a poor rating based on the fact I saw a good deal online on a car they had at their dealership so I head out there 45 minutes away and check it out. When I start looking at it I was a saw a good deal online on a car they had at their dealership so I head out there 45 minutes away and check it out. When I start looking at it I was asked where I saw the car at, I told them the website and immediately realized bad idea. I was informed that the price that website lists the car at they end up making next to nothing on the vehicle. I thought to my self well why let it be put on that website if you don't make a decent profit and started to feel bad almost about buying a car. The sales guy was not the problem he was nice and we tried to work out a deal on my trade in and the price of the car. Of course they wouldn't drop the price of the vehicle at all because of the whole website it was on and according to them they would lose money. At this point I am still happy a little confused but still liked the price of the vehicle and knew I would get more money on my trade in then what I owed. This is where the problem really starts my sales guy goes and talks to bobby of course they go back and forth saying we will give you this for your truck and you needed to put down this much as a down payment or it won't work. I felt like my truck was a down payment and I shouldn't have to put down any money after a little while longer they take my deal no money down and 10,500 for my truck on paper I initial it and great we have a deal. Truck was worth closer to 12000 but they have to make a profit too I understand. So closing on it and filling out all the paperwork I realize they are only giving me 10000 for my truck, I told the girl and she went and talked to bobby I guess and comes back and says no it was 10000 for the truck and a 500 dollar tax credit or something which was never discussed. So I go and talk to bobby about it and he starts saying where is this paper at that you guys agreed on the 10500 price and everything I realized they were trying to pull one over on me and hope I didn't notice it when I was signing the papers. He then goes on to say if you don't want the deal don't take it and he is going to lose money on my trade in and the truck is broke and crap. I'm kind of shocked now all this talk about them losing money and trying to pull a fast on me by giving me less money on my trade in then what we discussed. At this point I'm tired it's late and feel pissed off I end up finishing the paper work and leaving. Do not trust what they tell you save all paper work you initial on prices and everything and double check they give you what they said that they would. I still feel I am owed 500 dollars since that was the deal we agreed on for my trade in not tax credit money and all this stuff which I never saw anything being applied to taxes anyways so it was all a lie.
