Lousy Sales My lease was up and finding out my salesman was sick waited to hear back from him which finally happened. Was given some preliminary numbers on a new lease or purchase and was told to call back after the 15th of Dec because there would probably be better incentives. I called back on the 19th and my salesman told me he would get back to me on the 2 vehicles I was interested in, and never heard a word since. You would think I would have been contacted prior to my lease expiration or contacted after the 15th prior to me reaching out to them. But nothing, hot a word I have since dealt with other dealers to try a help me with my decision on a auto and have found all other dealers way more helpful than Napelton Cadillac. This is the first review I ever did in my life and hopefully the last, but I just felt compelled to write it because I have not felt this dissed in a very long time. More
