My husband and I went there to test drive a car we had seen on their website. When my husband left the room I was asked what kind of work he does which I thought was strange. After driving the car the salesperson basically tried to talk us out of it. He said that some work had been done to the car so it would be at least $2,000 more. Which we actually would have considered since the staring price was really decent. Then we asked if he could call us with a definite price. He said probably not because they aren’t sure what it will be and they can’t give a price over the phone. So he actually did us a favor since everything seemed off from when we got there. I don’t know what we could have done to be talked out of it. They definitely did not want our business. And It was the one car we both really liked! More
Did not provide requested information about the car in which I was interested. Do they really think I'll travel 650 miles to get information about a car which they could provide with 5 minutes of their t which I was interested. Rip off artist. Artificially raised the price of the vehicle I was interested in bt over $4K, and lowered the value of my trade-in by almost $10K. If you are not knowledgeable about cars and their value I believe this dealership isn’t trustworthy, I would avoid them or at a minimum have someone knowledgeable review any financial proposal they present. Everything is perfect, like too good to be true. Great customer service from the time they contact you on the phone to how they sit you down and are all VERY, VERY polite. There’s a reason….. Get ready to pay an additional $3,000 fee for what they call a Market preparation or some nonsense like that. The car I was interested in was listed at $37k, by the time they we’re trying to be done with me, I was offered a payment of $800 for 72 months to end up paying over $57k for this car, and supposedly I had qualified for the best rate available. I would have to be mentally ill or maybe a first time buyer to fall for that. Best part is when I gave them what I considered was a reasonable offer, I heard them just bust out laughing all the way to where I was sitting. Consider it a PSA, they are charging an extra $3k to ALL their vehicles, at least that’s what they told Me More

I contacted the dealer and got bombarded with automated emails from seemingly every salesperson they had telling me to 'call and come on in for a test drive'. Not one of these salespeople responded when I emails from seemingly every salesperson they had telling me to 'call and come on in for a test drive'. Not one of these salespeople responded when I sent questions and asked for more information. The car I was interested in ended up being sold before I could even get any answers from a real person. I guess if they have customers standing in front of them, they can't be expected to waste time with somebody online or emailing them. More
