I saw a couple of commercials for Outlander Sport and decided to do some research on this car. The closest dealer to me was Napleton Mitsubishi, so I called the number and talked to the salesman. He gave me pretty good directions on how to get there, but when I arrived to the intersection of Touhy and Cumberland I only saw a Lincoln dealer. I kept driving for a couple of miles and decided to call again. It turned out that was Lincoln and Mitsubishi store, but somehow there was no freakin sign that says MITSUBISHI. Anyway, we went in and our salesman did a decent job on showing us the car. He answered all my questions but kept ignoring the price of the car which started to xxxx me off because the only reason I wanted that car was the good price one of my friends got there. He kept telling us that if we dont like the car the price doesn't matter. So I told him i liked the car even though I wasn't impressed with color, but he said they are more willing to give me a good deal if i pick a car from stock. He really kept his promise. I told them what I could get the car from another dealer and they beat that price by $250!! Good dealership overall, but you need GPS or something to find them. You have to get magnetizing glasses or something just to see any sign of Mitsubishi over there. All in all, good experience. More

My girlfriend was looking for a new Eclipse. We decided to shop several dealerships, and ended up at Napleton Mitsubishi in Park Ridge, IL. Before there, we went to the dealerships in Elmhurst and Downers to shop several dealerships, and ended up at Napleton Mitsubishi in Park Ridge, IL. Before there, we went to the dealerships in Elmhurst and Downers Grove, and were treated like second class people by both stores. I believe this is due to us not buying right then and there. My first visit to Napleton Mitsubishi was to just see if they had the car in stock, because the other two dealers were trying to sell a package and color that she did not want. The manager, Patrick Douglas talked to me on the lot, and assured me that we would get the best price on any car in stock. We went there a week later, and the car was still there, so we worked with the salesman Peter, and Patrick Douglas made us a teriffic deal on the car. We got teh car we wanted, at a price lower than we expected. A+ treatment, great staff and store. I am thoroughly satisfied. More
