Great experience at a great price. I had just just totaled my 2014 car and I was looking for something that is fun so I decided to get a Mazda 3, 5 door. I had great experience in another OEM's dealership and I truly thought it was fantastic and it would be hard to top it. But I am glad to say that I was proved wrong. I went to Mazda continental knowing what I really want to get, which was a Mazda 3. I wasn't there to waste my time or another persons time, in this case Jeremy Storino's time. After I got to the dealership I had hard time deciding between touring and grand touring and I literally took his entire Saturday afternoon, between doing my numbers and more, but he was extremely patient and gave me his entire attention. He continuously asks me what he could do to earn my business--not to just get me buy a car from Him. Then he was patient even after he sold me the car. After that I came at off hours for parts, unscheduled, to get my all weather mat, however he was once again very welcoming. He took his time to ask someone from parts department to get me the mat I order and get it installed as well. All and all I was really satisfied with my experience with Jeremy S at Mazda, and Jeremy truly earned my business. More

Needed a car by Monday I was so upset that my 2007 Mazda RX-8 had failed me and had no more laps left. I had no plans of purchasing a new car but was VERY happy that Jeremy I was so upset that my 2007 Mazda RX-8 had failed me and had no more laps left. I had no plans of purchasing a new car but was VERY happy that Jeremy Gascoigne was my salesman. I was not looking to take on a car loan and especially around Christmas. Jeremy worked hard to get me into my new 2015 Mazda CX5 and back on the road by Monday. He was straight forward with the bottom line price, down to earth (nice to my family) and just a JEWEL to work with. He even helped me clean out my trade in and showed me how to work the gadgets in my NEW 2015. I would definitely recommend Jeremy Gascoigne to women who are afraid to battle typical salesmen....he was far from that! I might not be in that RX8 but I'm looking sexy in my CX5!!! Great team I shopped around for a Mazda 3 for approx. a month. I ran into a few "car salesmen". But, at Continental they sold me on the experience. I drove up 2. I drove up 2.5 hours from Peoria, after work and I am glad I did. I love my new Mazda. Jeremy Storino was great! We were there well after closing time, and, he was very patient. Denny Vant was very professional. Jessica Kerwin was awesome! She was very good at her job and very knowledgeable. This review cannot totally express my enthusiasm for my purchase and my experience. I'm happy to have that "Continental Mazda of Naperville" license plate holder. I will definitely be back. More
