Hello, Firstly, thank you for voicing your concern, we are very sorry to hear that your experience didn't go as planned, however your refund check is in process. Out of state deals with trade in's are often times difficult because we never get a chance ahead of time to see, drive, or really check out the trade in. It is hard to give an estimate on a car sight unseen because when we have a chance to appraise it in person the car is usually not as described.
