We have excellent credit and we're given a terribly high finance rate because we refused to buy extra warranties like rust protection. Also, the interior of the van we bought wasn't very clean. I began looking for a new car in July 2015 and shopped around at a few different dea I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 Touring with Continental Mazda. I began looking for a new car in July 2015 and shopped around at a few different dealers. The CX-5 was always the top contender. I went back to Continental in December and made sure I went back to Brad (he helped me over the summer). As soon as he saw me, he remember exactly which model I previously looked at and remembered a lot of my "must-haves" when helping me choose the right car. He was outstanding to work with--he was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of choosing and buying my new car. A few other employees helped throughout the process (i.e. financial information, etc.) and they were wonderful, as well. Overall, the dealership had an extremely friendly and comfortable vibe. I felt like I could trust what they were saying, as well as have some laughs along the way! I am extremely happy with my decision and love being in my car, even during my long commutes to work each day--Brad did a great job helping me pick specific add-ons that I needed in my car (i.e. AWD, Moonroof/Bose package, etc.). I have already recommended Brad to a few of my co-workers who are looking to purchase a new vehicle! I highly recommend not only Continental Mazda, but if you can, try to have Brad help you! When I was thinking of a new car back in 2012, I was sitting at a red light in my town and saw a white Maz My first car was a Mazda GLC back in 1981. When I was thinking of a new car back in 2012, I was sitting at a red light in my town and saw a white Mazda 3 and said that's the car I want. I went online and requested pricing at Continental Mazda in Naperville, IL and Brad contacted me right away with pricing and financing options. I went to the dealer, test drove the car and he went over all the details with me, I was buying this car on my own and he made sure I understood the loan information and the car details. I had my car serviced (the basics) at the dealership as well since 2013 and had no issues whatsoever. I had no trouble with that 2012 car and a few days ago felt it was time to upgrade my car and went right back to Brad and Continental Mazda. I received the same positive treatment and he was willing to work with me the best that he could on pricing and financing, I added some upgrades to the new car, a 2016 CX3, and we were given a loaner car to do some Christmas returns while the car was getting the additional things added onto it. Once again, Brad was courteous, informative and friendly to me while I chose the car that I wanted, he even had one brought in from another dealer that had what I was looking for, I got the same color that I had on the 2012. My experience was extremely positive and I didn't hesitate to come back to this dealer when looking for another Mazda. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Thanks Brad!! More
