Was so impressed with his professionalism, promptness, and follow up. We felt very comfortable with him and absolutely no "dealer" pressure. Since our initial purchase we had contact with both the service department and parts department. Never has such attentive customer service. Highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Great buying experience. No pressure and very helpful. I found working with Continental Mazda aa very easy and enjoyable experience. I never felt pressured into buying anything. We started looking in November and got sidetracked from the process and didn't start looking again until March. During that time Jeremy kept in touch with us via email. He never pressured us to come back in or anything. When we started searching again we called and Jeremy set up for us to take an extended test drive of a car outfitted like in exactly the way we wanted. It was great getting to drive the car for a couple hours without any sales people in the car. They would have allowed us to take the car overnight, but that wasn't necessary. Jeremy provided me with a price quote via email and then when we came in he stuck to that price. He did not use any bait and switch tactics. All in all we felt like we were dealt with honestly and respectfully by everyone at Continental Mazda and we are very happy with our purchase. More

My second Mazda 3 since 2011 from Continental. After buying a new 2011 Mazda 3 s Sport from Continental and loving everything about it and the dealership, my interest in a new one was piqued late s After buying a new 2011 Mazda 3 s Sport from Continental and loving everything about it and the dealership, my interest in a new one was piqued late summer 2015 after receiving my first call from Continental's Marie Stepanek to gauge my interest. i really hadn't considered it. I was happy with mine and its zippy 2.5 liter, 167 hp engine, and wasn't really ready to buy a one. Though like many car enthusiasts, I'm always looking at new cars, especially Mazdas. After a few calls, I let Marie know I had to take care of a few things before I did anything, and she let me set the pace. By February I was ready to consider moving up to a new Mazda 3. I'd liked what I'd been seeing and reading about the new models, including the current 2.5 engine now putting out 184 hp, and with much better fuel efficiency. That's not even mentioning the numerous other upgrades that came with the s Touring model I was now looking at.. In February, I got back to Marie, who put me in the hands of Jeremy Storino, who listened to what I wanted and didn't need, saw the budget I'd set, understood the order I was doing things, and went over the different options I had to make it all possible. He kept on top of things we'd discussed so we were always moving forward each time we talked, got me a fair trade on my 2011, and by the end of February I was able to drive away with a 2016 Mazda 3 s Tourimg that's a real head turner. With some guidance by Continental's sales consultants, both cars I bought I was able to take advantage of money saving incentives, excellent financing, fair value for my trade in, and with with no tiresome, time wasting tricks, gimmicks or pressure like that I received from others dealers I'd dealt with previously (Pontiac, Dodge, Ford.) My experience with Continental's service department too has been the best I've ever had with any dealership to date. You have to see for yourself why Continemtal is the place and people you wanna go to for your next Mazda. I'm sure that's where my next car will come from as well. More

One the first day we had other options of different cars we wanted to look at that were at other dealerships. He understood that and why we know he did is because at the end of our visit he let us walk out the door. That to us was a very important factor of buying a new car. As we continued to searched we kept comparing everything to the vehicle we saw first! Everything about it we loved. Most importantly it is a VERY SAFE vehicle! Brad also showed us the same vehicle we wanted that was in a very bad accident and the woman walked away with a seat belt burn. We wanted a vehicle that will keep us safe. We are very excited and happy with out new purchase. More
