Worst car buying expierence ever. NEVER SHOP HERE, strong arm tactics 101. Sales manager complains about his job and money he makes. They tell you that $1000 will hold a car, it doesn't they tnye tell you it arm tactics 101. Sales manager complains about his job and money he makes. They shouldnt be treating the consumer like this. I have notified the BBB and GMC about the way I was treated. I can't and dont trust them to bring my car back for service. It maybe family owned but they dont treat you like family. More

I'm a local business owner. I had NO time to look for a vehicle and needed to sell mine in order to buy another one. Sam, Chris and the rest of the group did more for me in an hour than I could have asked vehicle and needed to sell mine in order to buy another one. Sam, Chris and the rest of the group did more for me in an hour than I could have asked from my own family members. Not only did they take my vehicle from me at the price I was asking but they traded me for the most BEAUTIFUL car I have ever owned. They didn't really have anything to gain from this deal and I can truly say I feel like I won the lottery. I'll be buying my cars here from now on! Thank you everyone at Libertyville Buick GMC! I've purchased several vehicles and this has by far been my easiest and most pleasant experience.
