I love my car but now I am having issues with warning lights. The service department is extremely slow, dropped my car off 3 days ago and they still have not looked at it. Also they did not give me a loa lights. The service department is extremely slow, dropped my car off 3 days ago and they still have not looked at it. Also they did not give me a loaner but weirdly gave a loaner to another customer. I have called daily and no one has returned my messages as well as at least telling me what day they will decide to take a look at my car that I have had for a month. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN. The Chevy dealer down the street will have your car fixed in one day great service department! More
Worst dealership I ever have dealt with. They suckered me into buying a scratch and dent warranty because there are three dents on my car. I was exceptional pleased working tim dement. I didnt feel like i was getting the run around and he communicated with me like he said he was. He's a man of his word putting the customer first. SERVICE OVER CHARGE Beware!!! Had a service ripoff recently, needed a steering coupling replacement. I told service what was needed. The part cost less then $10, I w Beware!!! Had a service ripoff recently, needed a steering coupling replacement. I told service what was needed. The part cost less then $10, I was in hurry and didn't pay attention to bill. They charged me $140 for finding the problem. They also said I had to have the wheel alignment when installing the coupling, at $90. Later I checked with another dealer and the service manager said alignment wasn't needed. You be the judge!! I remember how honest Ed Napleton was in Blue Island, he didn't cheat people. More
