Buying the car was no problem at all but dealing with the service department is the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my car fixed.... they treat you like crap ... trying to get someone on the pho service department is the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my car fixed.... they treat you like crap ... trying to get someone on the phone is a hassle... and once you do Get to talk to someone they lie to you ... I bought a car from them and in 9 days the engine light came on so I return it to be fixed... they kept the car for 5 days telling me everyday that the guy was looking at it ... (who needs to look at a car for 3 days) and so finally I get a call to come and get the car and they tell me the bill is over $400 ... now remember I bought the car from them 9 days before the engine light came on .... so after HOURS of going back and forth about me not paying for service to a vehicle that I purchased 9 days before... they finally released my vehicle... so exactly 28 days later the car does the SAME thing.... and here we are now going through the same process.... avoid doing business with these people... they treat their customers like crap More
I set up an appointment online for my car to be picked up for service this past Wednesday. No one showed up. I called in, was promised a callback. Never got a call. I set up an appointment online for my car to be picked up for service today (Friday). No one showed up. I called in, answering service said to leave a number for a callback. I tried another number, # not in service any longer, I tried another number, again, that # not in service any longer. Found 2 websites for Napleton that aren't active any longer. Finally found a number which a human answered. Was told no one in Service Dept. answering, I was to leave a message on Mr. Lewis's phone, which I did. It's now almost 1 hour after scheduled pickup and no one has the car or has called me back. If there was less than 1 star, I'd give it. I am seriously thinking of selling the Hyundai just so I don't have to deal with this dealership any longer. This is not the first time I've had problems with Napleton, hopefully, it will be the last. More
Crissy helped my fiancè get his dream car that’s all he wanted was a New Challenger. We worked with her at another location and when we say she delivered she delivered. As far as finding the exact car he w wanted was a New Challenger. We worked with her at another location and when we say she delivered she delivered. Absolutely the worst service imaginable....not only do they not answer the phones or call you back they also argue with you! Terrible service! I love my car but now I am having issues with warning lights. The service department is extremely slow, dropped my car off 3 days ago and they still have not looked at it. Also they did not give me a loaner but weirdly gave a loaner to another customer. I have called daily and no one has returned my messages as well as at least telling me what day they will decide to take a look at my car that I have had for a month. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN. The Chevy dealer down the street will have your car fixed in one day great service department! More
