We went on Saturday, July 13, and despite how busy the dealership was, we were taken care of right away and told exactly what to expect. This was hands down my best car buying experience, and between my husband and me, we have more experience than I’d like to admit. The process was easy and straightforward and the staff were honest and direct. I appreciate that we didn’t have to haggle and fight for value. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer. We will for sure be back in the future for our other car needs. More

Incompetent. Go somewhere else, this place is totally incompetent. I bought a car there over a month ago. Day one, had to make a second trip up to the dealership Go somewhere else, this place is totally incompetent. I bought a car there over a month ago. Day one, had to make a second trip up to the dealership because they had me fill out the wrong paperwork. After that, over a month later, I still do not have title paperwork so I can’t put plates on the car. I’ve been trying to get it worked out for a week now and have gotten one phone call returned out of probably more than 30. That one call - they forgot to collect a copy of my drivers license for the title paperwork. Rather than contacting me, they apparently just figured I didn’t need a title... After that they gave me an invalid email address to send the DL copy to. Back to unreturned phone calls.... I wish I could give them 0 stars. More

Just No.. I should have walked out when they tried to give me 500 for a trade in. EVERYTHING about my experience here was terrible. No one wants to answer a que I should have walked out when they tried to give me 500 for a trade in. EVERYTHING about my experience here was terrible. No one wants to answer a question. I got passed around and ignored finally to the point where I gave up trying to get answers. I overpaid and had several services added onto my contract, $400 here $895 there another $400 for something else and so many dealer fees. They are very eager to get you in the door but once you sign that paperwork they are DONE with you. They could have been more helpful but they just didn't care. Just dont buy here the experience will steal all the joy of the new car away. More
