Service above and beyond I had the fortunate/unfortunate situation of having our car have a complete engine failure while visiting our family in Indianapolis for a wedding. It was through this situation that I began a relationship with Kevin Pettijohn and the Napleton Hyundai family. Kevin and his team were extraordinary. We are a five car Hyundai family and due to the actions of Kevin and the Napleton Hyundai of Carmel team we now are 6! Our car had a complete failure and Hyundai stood behind their product and replaced our entire engine. Issues will happen but the fact that Hyundai stood behind their issue meant the world to our family. As a result we know have a brand new engine and also bought a brand new Tuscon as well. Because of their actions Hyundai earned my business again and kept us as a loyal customer. Kevin and the team helped us navigate the replacement, helped with our rental car as well as had us back on the road within a week. Incredible.
