Overall a very negative experience. I made a purchase at this dealership a number of years ago which was fine, and so went back for the new purchase - what a terrible mistake! Got my honda in 2007 and had my first oil changes for free the 4th one cost me $60. Way overpriced and never went back for their oil change. Went for an appointment to make sure everything was fine with my car because it was very loud and the engine did not sound good. All they did was start the car and listen to the engine. The problem was not resolved. Now my car is back at Castle Honda Car Service for the same problem and finally they said that the noise in the cars engine is not right and its about time they take a look at it. Walking in the Service Center no one is interested in assisting you and the person who was working with me was rude and had no customer service experience. Anything I would say was answered with rudeness and rolled eyes. Its about time they get some customer service skills in there. More
My 2006 Accord was hesitating on acceleration especially when cold. Vince from Service Department has provided me with a rental car free of charge so they could diagnose the problem first thing in the morni when cold. The car was there for two days because no code was showing at the diagnostics. With the help of Honda Head Office they have determine that it could be caused by three things, first being the least expensive of using premium gas from Shell to clean the fuel jets. This proved to be the culprit. Thank you Castle Honda Service Department for the good advice and providing me with a free car for a couple of days. Ted Slugocki More
I went to this dealer at the recommendation of a friend who purchased a used car. I was excited as I walked into the dealership ready to make my first new car purchase. I did all the research and I knew who purchased a used car. I was excited as I walked into the dealership ready to make my first new car purchase. I did all the research and I knew what I was looking for. I looked up and saw some reviews about this dealer's reputation, but I am an objective person and I went in there with an open mind. I was greeted by a friendly staff person, but I asked to see Mike, since I had spoken to him on the phone. He informed me there were Honda Insights available, however, when I arrived there was only one 2011 available. Since it was a busy weekend, I figured a lot of people were buying cars, so I took this car out for a test drive. Mike just handed me the keys and told me to go ahead and drive it. I told him I had never test driven a car and he said he would just wait for me, didn't give me any instructions or provide more info about this hybrid vehicle. I drove it and loved it, and I returned ready to make a deal. He did not greet me so I walked over to his desk. I sat down and he just stared at me. I told him I liked the car and asked if he could tell me more information, maybe I overlooked something in my research. I thought he would walk me over to the car and show me all the features, however, he did not. All he told me was that it was a hybrid, it would save me gas money, etc. I asked him for the price, and questioned him on the APR. By this time, I felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied with our interaction. I felt he could have given me more info. about the car, and been more personable and open to answering questions. I walked in having every intention on walking out with a new car, but I left with a bad experience. I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or family. More
Brought my 2005 Odyssey in for recall regarding braking system seal kit. Engine light also on due to B-1 catalytic convertor. Came in on Saturday to pick up the car no surprises no games or bait and switch, just the price that we agreed on. It took about an hour to do the paper work and I drove off with my new Accord from Castle. They have free car washes as well and I been using it for few weeks now. More

Overall experience was outstanding. We made last minute changes in the vehicle, including the color, and they were accomodated in a very prompt and friendly manner. The car was ready when promised.
