This has to be hands down one of the worst Honda dealerships. The manager there is absolutely horrible. He doesn't know how to speak to customers or even how to be polite. Aside from one of the salesman there, the rest of the team was absolutely horrible. They don't care about their customers once the deal is done. I am ashamed that I gave this dealership business. Honda needs to realize that there head manager at the dealership is absolutely horrible. I purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Withen 48 hours, the vehicle was not working properly. When I finally got my car 2 days later, and stopped to talk to the Manager and tell him how upset I was with the treatment I received, he told me he said sorry once, and how many times was he supposed to say sorry. For my brand new car being in service for two days, I was offered a free oil change! Really!? Oh, and he AJ- the manager there, compares my purchase of this vehicle to a purchase of a lamp. He said that if a bulb burns out, would I return the lamp? No I would just change the bulb. Really? He was completely rude and unprofessional. I am not sure how he ever got to being the manager there? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Dealership. My suggestion is for everyone to stay away! More

My experience was fine at Castle, i did not expect to buy a car on Saturday and i drove out in a new car so I guess they did their job. My only complaint is that they left my ipass in my trade in after i as a car on Saturday and i drove out in a new car so I guess they did their job. Just last month my parents had bought me a New Honda Civic 2013 as part of my graduation present. i got to say castle Honda was one of the nicest friendliest place that i have been too because earlier t Civic 2013 as part of my graduation present. i got to say castle Honda was one of the nicest friendliest place that i have been too because earlier that day we had gone to other dealership but they were not very considerate with us. At castle Honda they treated us like family even though it was my family first time going there. Our salesperson was Nora, she was such a sweetheart and listen to what we wanted and sticked with our price range. Such a great experience with Nora, made everything really easy for us and explain all of our answers that we had.also mark the financial guy was awesome as well got to day got a pretty good deal on the car. I would really recommend this place to my friends and family. Harris was such a gentlemen and a big help when it came to explaining me all the gadgets my car came with, and help me set up my cell phone and dad's to the car and showed me how to use the Bluetooth connection and many other things for the car. He was very patient and friendly and answered all my questions about the use of my car. Defiantly would recommend Castle Honda to Family and Friends ! More

Nora and Harris seemed to bend over backwards to sell me a car.They never seemed pushy(which i hate and would have driven me out of the dealership). Hooray for Castle Honda! I just purchased my first Honda vehicle, and I could not be happier. My salesman was Tom Koss and he is a gem. On my second trip back to Castle to take another look at the car I vehicle, and I could not be happier. My salesman was Tom Koss and he is a gem. On my second trip back to Castle to take another look at the car I wanted, Tom remembered me, by name, and also everyone in my family. No pressure from him; just a thoughtful friendly person. Tom did all he could to make sure that my new vehicle has everything on it that I could possibly want or need. Harris was kind enough to take the time to explain some of the vehicle's technology to me. And Vadim efficiently installed a feature that I wanted which did not come as standard equipment. My Castle experience was a pleasant one. I would definintely recommend Castle to my friends, family and everyone. Just ask for Tom, and you won't be disappointed.
