Castle Honda Sold Me a Lemon I bought a "new" 2013 Pilot from this dealership in Oct 2013, had misgivings given it already had 75miles on it, well my fears have been confirmed; th I bought a "new" 2013 Pilot from this dealership in Oct 2013, had misgivings given it already had 75miles on it, well my fears have been confirmed; the truck never drove straight, took it back in January and they changed a tyre they suspected was the problem, yet same problem subsists as I write, besides the first day I opened the moon roof about 2 weeks ago, it would not close. I was lucky that it did not rain that night. I took in the truck, which btw still has less than 2500miles on it to their repair shop 2 weeks ago and they still could not fix the problem of alignment though they fixed the moonroof, however, and most disconcerting is the noise coming from the engine, way louder and scarier than my 2011 Pilot which I still drive (the new truck is for my wife's). I have been into the shop on 2 occasions now and to say that the GM who also goes by his initials, AJ is a jerk is an understatement. Totally rude and condescending fellow that should not be allowed to speak to customers. Not only did he not call me back the next day after he may have gotten answers to me as promised, he did not for 10 days. I went in there an hour ago and he literally laughed me out of his shop claiming he lost my phone number (we have bought and financed 2 trucks from his shop). I just got a call from his director of service, Ron who appears to be cut from the same cloth. Clearly my last purchase from Castle Honda which appears to have become too big for small customers like me. I would love to seek redress from the manufacturer and would appreciate any lead from anyone More

I was in an accident and needed a new car so I did not want to be shopping for a car but had no choice. I was not sure if I wanted a used or new vehicle. He talked to me about the pros and cons of used versus new and about what I really needed and wanted in a vehicle. I got the sense that he was being honest with me and really listening to me. Tony never pushed me to buy the car. He spent as much time with me as I needed and then supported my need to go home and think about it and come back. I really appreciate the low key approach. We had a 2001 Odyssey for 13 years and 140,000 miles which we loved but it was time for a new car. We had decided to buy a PIlot this time and went to Castle to look at one after a couple of recommenda which we loved but it was time for a new car. We walked in and spoke to Nora who handed us a set of keys to a 2014 Pilot. We drove it and really liked it but finally settled on another Odyssey. It is the perfect vehicle for us just as our old Odyssey was 13 years ago. My co-workers had both told me the same thing; call around for your best deal then call Nora (at Castle). I did that for a few days then called Nora back. I ended up with a very fair price for the EX-L we wanted and the buying process was about as painless and it could be. We had our own financing and no trade so the deal was pretty simple - get the best out the door price. Nora and Harris provided friendly help but did not pressure us at all, on the contrary she encouraged me to call around for a deal so I would know I was getting a good deal. I did and I would definitely buy from her again. More
