NO STARS FOR SERV.DEPT. I bought a 2016 odyssey at castle , later I decided to add fog lights so I called to find out about prices,I was shocked with the price they gave me a I bought a 2016 odyssey at castle , later I decided to add fog lights so I called to find out about prices,I was shocked with the price they gave me almost $500 + tax for parts and $300 for labor ,,a very rude guy named Abraham said that job takes over 2 hours. According to GROSSINGER HONDA and AUTO NACION HONDA that job takes 1 hour, there no cutting anything it was just remove bumper run plug in cable and add a new switch,, any ways I asked Abraham for a manager because I knew he was trying to rip me off he said Im the manager and thats what you will pay if you want me to do it. Long story short I bought the fog lights from Bernardi Honda (online) $304 and went to GROSSINGER HONDA on western for labor $135. Total labor and parts $440 instead of $800+ with these guys. Now I wish I did not buy my ody from them they will rip you off as much as you let them stay away from service department,and always shop around. More

No remorse, no what ifs. Just happiness, as it should be. A win-win. Earlier that day, I walked out of Muller Honda in Highland Park after a very mediocre time consuming "North Shore" experience. I had decided to give that place a shot because they had a certain color in stock that Castle happened to not be carrying at the time. What a waste. They were full of themselves, used to rich folks apt to spend an extra $500-1000 to stay north of Willow Road. At Castle, there were no games. No time consuming tactics to psychologically exhaust you. They understood that I had done my research and were willing to play ball. The trade-in offer was a $1000 better than Muller and the same as Carmax (allowing for greater tax savings); the price on the vehicle was matched to a Costco offer I had 30 miles away and about as low as possible; and the process was exceedingly fair and fast. He wanted to make a deal and not lose me over a few bucks. By the way, as stated on these boards, test drives can be alone, no pressure, just you and the car. --- The finance guy was lightening fast as well.
