Great car buying experience. Great deal without trouble I dealt with Dan Pak and from the start he was fair and straight forward with us. I initially went to another dealer and they were trying give me a mu I dealt with Dan Pak and from the start he was fair and straight forward with us. I initially went to another dealer and they were trying give me a much higher price and to try to get me to walk out the door that day with that price. At Castle they did not pressure us and everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process. Castle gave me such a great price on a 2016 Honda EX-T that I did not bother going back to the other dealer. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Honda. More

Bad Experience! Don't get fool by the finance they will add all the extra options without telling you that you have to pay for them. Specially the so called lo-jack t Don't get fool by the finance they will add all the extra options without telling you that you have to pay for them. Specially the so called lo-jack that cost $800.00 and extended warranty etc., I went back there within that week of purchase and told him to remove the lo-jack. But him and his manager said "NO" once they installed the device you can't cancel or refunded. Called the lo-jack company customer service and inform me that they can't cancel the device coz I did not get the device with them, Its up to dealer to give me the refund. I would not recommend this dealer and won't go back here in the future. By the way I purchase a brand new 2016 CRV here and that's a mistake. Hope this help someone. More

cheater...sold used car after 4.5 yrs with faulty battery I bought honda accord exl 2011 model in the mth of may 2015.. within 2 days of purchase, i realised that its battery is faulty. I made a complain and I bought honda accord exl 2011 model in the mth of may 2015.. within 2 days of purchase, i realised that its battery is faulty. I made a complain and took the vehicle to the service station. They spend hardly 5 min on my vehicle and came with a conclusion that no issues with battery. I told them that its draining very fast. Battery was getting if u even run music system for 5 min in ignition without engin start...but they didnt listen to me...post that i keep extra care while using my car..like without starting my engine i dont use inside lights and music system etc. But still time to time i used to face issues with the battery and all the time i use battery jumper to start my car...but now in 6 mths this issue bcm a regular problem for me..i took my vehicle again to the castle honda but they directly denied accepting the fact that they have sold the car with faulty battery wich was 4.5 yrs old and asked me to pay for battery change and labor cost. So i suggest everyone to think twice before dealing with castle honda. More
