Save your time, get it done. I'm a super busy person (we all are). I went there once and test drove the car I wanted, to see if it's all that. This was with Tom Koss, just told h I'm a super busy person (we all are). I went there once and test drove the car I wanted, to see if it's all that. This was with Tom Koss, just told him what I am looking for and willing to pay, and won't be able to waste too much time. He matched the price and checked for the car I needed. I wasn't bothered, or harassed at all. The car I wanted came in 2-3 weeks later, and he called me, 30 minutes later, I drove away with the car I want. Not sure if it get simpler than that. Thanks! Great car buying experience. Great deal without trouble I dealt with Dan Pak and from the start he was fair and straight forward with us. I initially went to another dealer and they were trying give me a mu I dealt with Dan Pak and from the start he was fair and straight forward with us. I initially went to another dealer and they were trying give me a much higher price and to try to get me to walk out the door that day with that price. At Castle they did not pressure us and everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process. Castle gave me such a great price on a 2016 Honda EX-T that I did not bother going back to the other dealer. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Honda. More
