Beware: Don't Bring Your Car Here For Repairs Last week I got a 3rd alternator put in my vehicle since last Sept/Aug 2015. I have literally brought my vehicle into this service dealership every mo Last week I got a 3rd alternator put in my vehicle since last Sept/Aug 2015. I have literally brought my vehicle into this service dealership every month since January with new problems. The assistant managers makes excuses for everything and accepts no responsibility or accountability for poor mechanical repairs done by his technicians. I picked up my car on Wednesday and my AC wasn't working but was working fine when I dropped it off. My car was making a noise brought it back in and was told it broke down. This was puzzling as it was just there for 3 days and NO ONE discovered this when tests were done given that other issues were discovered but not this one. The assistant manager then proceeded to tell me that it probably broke while there but not at hands of mechanic. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. They say to bring your car to the dealership to ensure quality parts and mechanic work but clearly in my experience that is not the case. So if you have a honda that needs repairs, do not bring it to Castle Honda service department, goto another honda dealership as you might face recurring "coincident" issues that need repairs as I've been constantly told every month since January 2016. Don't except any helpfu solutions from the assistant manager as he accepts no accountability and is there to just take your money. More

Do not buy cars from this place. Beware of Mark Fisher! He ripped me up and made me pay $2,500 more. I went to Castle Honda at Morton Grove and bought a Honda Accord LX from Mark Fis Beware of Mark Fisher! He ripped me up and made me pay $2,500 more. I went to Castle Honda at Morton Grove and bought a Honda Accord LX from Mark Fisher. He kept insisting on me buying the GPS and 10 year warranty service which cost about $2500 total. Because of his insistence, I decided not to buy the car that day but then he offered me to give me the 10 year warranty with no charge. But later I found out that he charged $1172 for it. Even without the warranty, the price was still too high so I asked him if I could not get the GPS. Mark said that's not possible so I told him I'm not going to buy the car and decided to leave. Then Mark gave me another offer: keep the GPS but he would give me a better financial budget option which would save $1559 by reducing 6 month payment. The Korean translator, who is also a dealer in this place and was translating English for me, confirmed Mark's words. So, I bought the car. However about a week later, I found out that I was paying the same total price but paying it off just a 6 month sooner. Please go somewhere else and buy somewhere else. More
