I shopped 4 cars at 4 different dealers (VW, Chevy, Honda, and Nis I bought a new 2017 Honda Civic at Castle and was very pleased with the experience. I shopped 4 cars at 4 different dealers (VW, Chevy, Honda, and Nissan) in 1 afternoon -- and returned to Castle Honda the very next day for my purchase. That is because the Civic was the best vehicle I drove and because Tony was the top dealer I met. Tony was informative, razor sharp, and fun to be around. He never pressured for purchase but was clearly confident in his product -- he seemed to know I would become a buyer before I even did. He taught me a ton about my vehicle. He helped me narrow in on exactly what I wanted. The price was outstanding and the car is one I am really thrilled to drive. Brent was patient and a terrific problem solver in financing. This was my first car purchase and he explained everything down to the last detail to help me financing within my means. It was a pleasure working with them both. More

Very rewarding car buying experience. Fully satisfied. I just bought a car Honda Civic 2016 this November 2016 as i also traded in my one year old Hyundai Elantra 2016. Although the civic is of the same I just bought a car Honda Civic 2016 this November 2016 as i also traded in my one year old Hyundai Elantra 2016. Although the civic is of the same class as the Elantra, there is a mile of diferrence between them. Other than sporty & sleek appearance, my Honda four door sedan has roomy interior, great sound system with bluetooth wireless connectivity, equipped with rear view camera, quick and smooth pick-up at start up, efficient fuel economy as much as 40 miles a gallon, , , all included in the basic package. But what is great with this dealership is the kind of service I received. Have you ever encountered a case wherein you are blinded into buying a car & found out later you were ripped off at the front and back end of the bargain? You may find the monthly payment within your means but you could have gotten it much lower if only the salesman took the time to make you understand the whole transaction. This is where highly recommned this dealership. Mario took the time and effort explaining to me the pross & cons of car buying. He has the patience to show you various car options in terms of pricing, models, financing, resale value, etc. that would suit your affordability or purpose. The information I received from him enabled me to decide the right car for me. You will also find another guy, Brent, who is very helpful, accommodating & understanding in finding & getting the right financing scheme for you. In short, if you are a car buyer for the first time, or you need to trade in the present car you have, then better go to this dealerhsip and don't miss to contact these two cool guys. Tom Koss(sales guy) and AJ Mundell(manager) were just as bad because they saw what happened and didn’t do anything about it. Makes me sick to my stomach even to think about Castle Honda and that xxxxxx finance guy named Brent. Also-the people who are rating them highly it’s because they were FORCED to make a yelp review in front of them in order to get a free car wash. You can stick that car wash up your xxx Brent. More

As the title suggests, this was the very first time I had ever gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle. I can honestly say that up until Castle Honda the experience had been slow and not worth talking about. Then I met Tony. I could not have been more happy with my entire experience when I walked away. Tony walked me through every step of the way and more importantly he was incredibly personable and hilarious. He made me laugh, which yes is a good sales pitch, but it was never distracting. We joked but still focused on my concerns and questions. He walked me through all of questions, which there was a lot of. Tony went above and beyond to do everything he could to get me as much as possible with my purchase. When it comes down to it. I would personally recommend working with Tony if you're interested, or even beginning to look, in getting yourself a Honda. Or maybe something else, I don't know, Tony works magic. More
