I purchased a 2025 honda passport on 10/2/24 as or writing this review the loan on the trade has not been paid off. I first bought a 2022 demo CRV EX L on Saturday December 17 night as I was told there were no new EX L CRV's available. At the end of the purchase and signing the paperwork I saw damage to the vehicle along 17 night as I was told there were no new EX L CRV's available. At the end of the purchase and signing the paperwork I saw damage to the vehicle along the doors, drivers rear back panel, chips everywhere on the hood of the car and was told it would be fixed. I asked for the manager Andrew but was told he was gone for the day. I was not happy the damage was not disclosed to me before the sale. The dealership was closed on Sunday so I called at 9:00 am Monday morning December 19, 2022 and spoke with the manager Andrew. He said bring in the vehicle and we would work things out since they somehow got a new 2023 CRV in. When we sat down to discuss the matter he said he would trade in the CRV from Saturday evening at a $9,600 deficit to me. So I ended up spending around $9,600 more than the listed price. This is truly a rip off to a 69 year old man. Not happy with the treatment and price that was extorted from me. He originally started at a loss to me of $16,000 but came down to $9,600. This not a way to do business and felt that due to my age, possibly my religion discriminated against. I purchased extra warrantees also so I ended up paying just under $52,000 not right when it should have been $42,400. I contacted Honda Corp. filed a complaint and they called the general manager Mr. Shamoun head of Used Cars Sales but he refused to negotiate with them. Honda was not pleased with him misappropriating $9,600 for 36 hours depreciation. Honda sent me a $400 loyalty card as they were embarrassed but said each dealership is franchised. Other reviews I read recently complained of the same treatment I experienced so this maybe their standard procedure stealing from senior citizens. More

We called in advanced about our interest in a used Honda Odyssey CPO. The dealership is currently under construction with very limited parking (no fault to the dealership). I had several questions for the salesman in advanced, he assured me he would have answers when I arrive on Saturday. We arrived and he still didn't have the answers. He also assured us the vehicle would be cleaned and prepared for us to take it home with us today if we choose to. We arrived and the vehicle was clearly not cleaned, dirt on carpet, headliner, seats were dirty and several of the cup holders still have contents. He mentioned he could take a few hundred dollars off the price for us to detail the vehicle on our own. At this point it was clear their focus was to make a sale and not delight the customer. I asked for the CPO inspection and service history per Honda's requirements. He was able to provide the inspection sheet but said everything serviced is mentioned in the Carfax report (this is not true). A group of employees stood at the entrance while smoking, not even offering to open the door or acknowledge potential customers. If we were to purchase a vehicle from them, I wouldn't feel comfortable they would take care of us in the future. I personally would not recommend. More
