I made an appointment for service and told them what needed to be done. When I arrived, I was told I had to drive around the back and go to the commercial shop. The manager of that shop was straight u needed to be done. When I arrived, I was told I had to drive around the back and go to the commercial shop. The manager of that shop was straight up and told me he was booked up and I would have to come back the following week. Why did the service department in front tell me to come in when they could not do the service? The work that needed to be done was simple. I went home and adjusted the door myself. The other item I will need to bring into a different Ford dealer to retrieve the code for my keyless entry. Neither item required the commercial truck shop. I purchased all of my new vehicles at that location for over 50 years. It was Hawkinson, then Hawk. Now that it is Napleton they are a bunch of clowns. Vehicle prices are sky high and service stinks. I will never go back. More
Scammers! They double dipped on me and my extended warranty. Charged me to remove bumper on pigtail sensor not covered under warranty then charged warranty to They double dipped on me and my extended warranty. All he did was discount small amount but refused to break down the charges for labor (crazy huh!!) even after tech admitted in front of him he needed to remove the bumper. I have receipt for proof. They have contacted me dozens and dozens of times over over 5 years, and during that time I have talked to service managers, the general manager and maybe the owner and asked them to correct their mistake. Apparently they are incompetent to correct a simple mistake and final out their customer’s email address. I received a survey to complete for a service on October 17. I have forwarded their prior notices to the Federal Trade Commission and Ford Corporation. Apparently I have to step up my complaints to the Ford corporation, FTC and Better Business Bureau.
