Taken Advantage of & Pressured I went to Hawk Ford on Saturday 7/18/2015 to inquire about a trade in for a lower car payment or refinancing my current loan for a lower car payment. I went to Hawk Ford on Saturday 7/18/2015 to inquire about a trade in for a lower car payment or refinancing my current loan for a lower car payment. As soon as I got out my car I was met by Fernando Garcia, I explained my issue and we walked in. I handed him my income information and he took my papers and went over to the desk where a few more men where. This process was lengthy. He came back and said I think the Ford Focus would work for you, so he took me outside along with my children and we test drove a 2015 ford focus- While driving I stated to Fernando that I cant afford anything new-why are we in this car. He start explaining rebates on new cars saying that it will help the negative equity on my current car. Once back at the office I was met by the finance director and he stated that they will have a good deal for me shortly and asked what payments I am looking for, I stated $300 and under- He said ok. Next Fernando took me into another office that was referred to as the "box" and the guy was printing up papers. I asked Fernando what was going on as my children and I was sitting there- He stated just sign and I will explain your options later. I asked what options- are you able to get me a lower car payment- he replied just sign - we need your signature to check the pay off amount of your car and run your credit report. So i signed the papers not knowing what they were,I felt pressured by these men and didn't want to cause a scene with my children watching-also trusting it was for authorization for my payoff and credit. After I signed the papers Fernando directed my children and I outside. Once outside there was a 2015 Ford Fusion with my plates on it sitting out front. I asked why are my plates on this car? Fernando replied this is your new car and we are able to pay off the balance of the loan on your 2011 Chevy Malibu.Congrats. I replied I didn't agree to this and this not the car I test drove. How much is this? Fernando relpied its in your agreement you signed and I said the one you said sign for payoff and credit authorization and you will explain later.. They pressured me into signing those papers and were laughing about it. ., I asked for my car back again and was told no. . They took advantage of me, pressured and tricked me into signing papers that was not what the stated they were. i asked for my car back the GM Mark Gorokhsky was laughing saying "THE DEAL IS DONE" My kids and I are emotionally devastated by this . WE DONT HAVE A CAR- HAWK FORD TOOK MY CAR THAT I ARRIVED IN AND THE CAR THAT THEY "LEASED" ME. MY CHILDREN AND I LEFT WITHOUT OUR CAR. I WANT MY CAR BACK More

New 2015 Ford Transit Van Mo parts for 5 MONTHS!!! I've been buying vehicles here for 25 years. In the past 13 Months I bought 2 New Ford Transit Vans for over $77,000.00. When one of the trucks was 6 I've been buying vehicles here for 25 years. In the past 13 Months I bought 2 New Ford Transit Vans for over $77,000.00. When one of the trucks was 6 months old one of my employees was involved in a fender bender. Well....We have now been out of service for 5 months!!!! The parts come from Turkey and take weeks. Each time they forget a part I need to wait 8 more weeks. Today after 5 months without my brand new service truck I went in to meet the general manager (Mark Gorokhovsky). To sum up our conversation Mark said---there's nothing they can do. He has had the same situation with other Ford vehicles too! No loaner, no compensation, not even a Hawk Ford Tee Shirt!! He told me this is the problem with buying a vehicle in its first model year. My Company buys 5-6 Work trucks every year you would think they would value us. Nope. Terrible customer service!! More

new friendly faces It was nice to come in & not have to wait so long to be taken care of. I had Tom to help me when i came in. We filled out the concerns of the truck & It was nice to come in & not have to wait so long to be taken care of. I had Tom to help me when i came in. We filled out the concerns of the truck & i was out in a little over 5 minutes. The cashiers were also quick with my loaner car.
