Napleton Ford in Libertyville

I was refused a test drive in the vehicle that I was interested in, a Ford F-150 Platinum. The sales girl claimed that they didn't want to put miles on that one and said that I could test drive a hybrid interested in, a Ford F-150 Platinum. The sales girl claimed that they didn't want to put miles on that one and said that I could test drive a hybrid Lariat. She brought around an XLT, which has a much rougher ride. She took my driver's license multiple times, before and after the test drive and took pictures of it with what appeared to be her personal iPhone. They were also not offering pricing similar to other dealerships. It was a bad experience all around, not to mention the sales manger bad-mouthing other local dealerships when I told him that Napleton's prices were not competitive on similarly appointed vehicles. Purchased a vehicle off the lot after what was promised was not delivered. Less than 24 hours traded in to another dealer for vehicle that we previously ordered.
