I worked with Tim Barcal and stopped in at closing time on a Saturday looking for a car for my wife and Tim showed me a new Ford escape that was a "demo" but seemed to be a good price. Came back the foll on a Saturday looking for a car for my wife and Tim showed me a new Ford escape that was a "demo" but seemed to be a good price. Came back the following Monday but my wife was not with me, so I asked Tim if I could drive the Ford Escape home to show my wife and let her drive it. Tim saw to it that I drove the Escape home to show my wife,I let her drive it, she liked it very much, and we bought the car. The next day I asked for an oil change (even though the demo I bought was not due for it) and Tim saw to it that the oil change was done and that the tires rotated free of charge. That same day Tim also missed his lunch to hook up the Bluetooth to the receiver on the Ford Escape. If our experience with the Ford Escape we purchased is as good as the initial experience with the dealership I'll certainly have no complaints! More
