From the moment I stepped into Napleton Ford, I worked with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I came in with the intent to buy a new car that day, and Tim Barcal - along with Victor in finance - made with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Tim asked the right questions to narrow down which car was best for me, and I was able to get an Escape with some extra features that I wanted. A few weeks out and the car is still wonderful. Tim and Napleton have followed up several times to make sure everything is going well. I mentioned a small scratch on the spare tire cover and Tim had me come in for a free replacement. Awesome! I will definitely recommend Tim and Napleton Ford to friends and family looking for a great experience. This was my second new Ford purchase and this experience only reinforced my loyalty to the brand. More
I went into Napleton's in libertyville because the were the closest ford dealer. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew the narket value ahead of time. When I went in to purchase the vehicle, they did were the closest ford dealer. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew the narket value ahead of time. When I went in to purchase the vehicle, they did not have one on their lot nor could they find one (it was an odd-ball configuration). So rather than trying to upsell me, they beat the competitions's price and offered to factory order the vehicle. Because I could not wait the 8-10 weeks for a factory order, I opted for a more popular configuration. Although the didn't have one on their lot, the had me new car in and ready to go the next day. No surprises. No bait and switch. Just honest people trying to make their customers happy. I told Kevin,the general manager that of the dozens of cars I've purchased over my life, live never driven off the lot happy about the price I paid (I Leah's felt like I was being ripped off). However at Napleton Ford in libertyville, I felt good about the deal and love my truck and genuinely like the team. From the time they called me and told me my truck was in, I spent less than two hours getting out of there. The insurance up sells are there because some people want them but since they knew I was on a tight budget, they moved through the details of those programs very quickly... Like 30 seconds each. Overall, great experience. And would send in my mother. More

They found the pricing options needed for my budget and also did not try to sell me any sales gimmicks or an over priced vehicle. I will continue to use Napelton for any vehicle I purchase. Also the manager, I think his name was Nick, was very respectful even though my low budget and young age and personally worked with me for over an HOUR! I would recommend this dealer to ANYONE who wants a great experience with great customer service. This experience has changed my view on new car dealers. More

This was the best new car buying experience I have ever experienced and I have purchased quite a few new cars. Every step of the purchase was accomplished with the personal touch and attention of their new car sales professional Tim Barcal. This was a brand new product with many new electronic features and I expected that the dealership personnel would not have much experience with all the new features. This was absolutely not the case. Tim Barcal went over every feature step by step to include adding our Cellular telephones and signing up for all the Ford experiences available on line or with Ford My Touch and Synch Services.. Tim spent more than two hours famializing my wife and myself with the many features. We left the dealership feeling adequate that we knew how everything worked and that we could handle all the new features. Our hats are off in thanks and praise to Tim Barcal and the management at Napleton Ford. And. We love the Ford Fusion Energi. After one month of ownership it is everything we expected and wanted. Ease of operation,quiet running and economical. We have not added any gasoline in 500 miles. It uses some fuel for maintenance to keep it from getting stale etc so we have used less than a 1/4 gallon. MPG ? We are averaging 70 mpg and over 150 MPGe . We have figured that a full charge form a fully discharged battery costs less than 50 cents and gives us about 20 miles of driving. Went to see the new 2013 fusion hybrid. Tim B. greeted me and explained the whole hybrid process.We test drove the car and covered the features. The sync system was great. I always hated buying a car due to intimidation, intense pressure, (no I need to talk to my manager), and just plain lies. Not so this time. They gave me honest information, worked with me to find my car at a reasonable price, (confirmed by internet searches), and put no pressure on me. The trade-in value was also reasonable and above what I thought I would get. The icing on the cake was that on the day of the sale, my trade-in would not start. They told me they would work with me and they did. I knew what the problem was and they confirmed my suspicions. They only took off my trade-in the cost of the parts. I cannot express exactly how happy I was to work with Rich and Steve and I would highly recommend them and Napleton to anyone tired of the usual "car buying games"! More
