I purchased a vehicle and they lied about the $1,000 cash back incentive from Ford for their customers. They just put it in their pocket. After everything was completed, spoke with the manager, Kevin, and he didn't care at all. He told me he had everything on paper and the salesman Jim was supposed to tell me that but he didn't and Kevin didn't want any responsibility. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Good scammers, this is the reason for the dishonest stereotypical car salesman - it's all true. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE AND PURCHASE A VEHICLE. More

Thanks for getting us into our new F150. Rich also worked diligently to get us the financing we asked for. Rich helped us buy our escape three years ago so we felt at ease working with him. Great People, Great Help I purchased a new Ford Edge from this location and was extremely happy with the service from the moment I walked in the door. As a Costco member I wa I purchased a new Ford Edge from this location and was extremely happy with the service from the moment I walked in the door. As a Costco member I was originally referred to a dealership much closer to home, but when I didn't get a good feel with that dealership I spoke with Costco and explained that I'd be willing to travel further for good service, and I was referred here. I called and spoke with Tim Barcal before coming in, and he was very helpful, emailing me options before I even hung up the phone. When I arrived at the dealership he was very friendly and I felt I could trust him from the start. Tim explained he had a scheduled day off and so when trying to locate the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase Kevin Gordon took over and kept me informed the following business day. My brand new edge arrived quickly within 24 hours, and when I returned to officially purchase it Tim was very thorough, patient, and helpful in going over all of the options and functions of my new Edge. Rich Freni was very helpful in explaining and reviewing the financing details, and I even saved more money thanks to his insights about taxes and selling my 'old' car to another individual. As I explained when I left, I hope it's many years before I look for another car, but I'll definitely return to that location and ask to work with Tim, Kevin, and Rich from the very start. Awesome experience all around. More
Stay away from their service department! After replacing the parts and charging me a total amount of $1,800, the problem was not resolved at all. Since my employee took the van off the lot without checking (obvious mistake on his part) I found out later that day that the steering is still dangerously wavy, and on top of it all, they left the steering wheel disassembled. They refused to refund any money at all after acknowledging that they could not figure out what the problem was. The best they could do was offer me a discount a new truck. No thanks. Be very careful taking your vehicle to these guys. Worst mechanic experience of my life. More
Amazing Professionals!! I searched the entire midwest for an F-150 with the options I was looking for. I contacted a few other dealers but either they could not find the veh I searched the entire midwest for an F-150 with the options I was looking for. I contacted a few other dealers but either they could not find the vehicle or they wanted to play games instead of sell a truck. I had been eyeing an F-150 on Napelton's lot for approx 6 weeks, but felt it was out of my price range. I emailed the sales team of William Underhill and Mike Chiappetta. I was promptly contacted and within 36 hours, we were able to negotiate a price for the new truck, a price for my trade in and a price for an extended warranty. No games, no lies, no bait and switch. An honest mans deal. Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I were promptly greeted by Jim Mueller, who was one of the friendliest salesmen I've ever had the privilege to work with. Jim, Mike and William made my wife and I feel at home in the dealership. Jim took us for a test drive in my new truck, took us for a test drive in another type of vehicle we were considering for my wife and took me to the service department so they could answer all my questions about the vehicle's engine. After we took possession of the vehicle, Jim sat with us for over 30 mins giving us a comprehensive overview of our new truck. Jim was prompt and attentive to everything we needed and made sure my wife and I never had to open a single door for ourselves while we were at the dealership. My truck was immaculately detailed and had a full tank of gas. Victor Quinones in the finance department made the paperwork quick and painless. This purchase was one of the easiest transactions I've made in my life. The professionalism of Mike, Jim, William and Victor was second to none. These men know what customer service is and what it takes to make a deal. No games, no pressure, no bait and switch, just pure honest professionals!!! I highly recommend this dealership and these men when you consider your next vehicle purchase. More

He even worked in an extended warranty that we had mentioned, showing us that he really listened to our needs. I plan on going back to Jim for an explorer in the future! I also know I can trust the service department based on experience. More
The Worst Car experience of my life. After spending half of the day in the dealership, and being buttered up. I felt so taken advantage of upon leaving. THen, to top it off they promised to finish detailing a car that must have been a trade in 5 minutes before, they have strung me along and left me with, " they will call you, when they have a loaner". Well, they are full of empty promises, and I won't send my friends and will make a lot of new friends by steering them clear of this den of conmen, and B.S. Artists. I saw thru them, but I did really need a car. After the Mafia sized interest rate, I'll pay it off, in 3 months and get it done with. I hope this helps you to go further north to someone that won't take you for granted. I know I should have done that myself. Best of luck, Reed<>< More
