The staff is very friendly, and genuinely seems to want to help. My service experience so far has not been the greatest though. I have 2 jeeps one from Kasings and one from beaver county jeep. My suspension noise issue I've had for over a year now neither place can fix. Both just keep replacing things or giving the placebo effect of lubing things to quite the noise. I think Kasings staff is great, unfortunately my service experience has been poor. I've found that even though I live 5 minutes away I go to the chevy dealership next door or the beaver jeep dealership for oil changes because service hours are inconvenient. Its sad such a great establishment could be so much better if the clients they sold to could actually return for service without having to go without a car or take a day off work just for an oil change. Long story short I prefer Kasings service but Beaver Jeeps conveniences... More

I recently bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from Kasing Auto Sales...Needless to say I was quite impressed with the hometown service from Pam and Mr. Kasing himself. I absolutely love my Jeep a from Kasing Auto Sales...Needless to say I was quite impressed with the hometown service from Pam and Mr. Kasing himself. I absolutely love my Jeep and may not drive my BMW Z3 anymore! Pam was more than helpful in answering all of my questions, and Mr. Kasing himself made it a point to introduce himself to me!
