How would you feel in someone pushed paperwork toward you when questioning bill that WAS $30 in error, THEN TOLD, "when you figure it out....let me know"...turned her back and walked away. I WAS overcharged $30, BUT NO APOLOGY FOR RUDENESS. Great Deals BUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....AFTER THE DEAL!!! Was Told Inspections, Emissions, Oil Changes and Tire Rotation Covered for 1st 2 YEARS, but now not honoring SALESMANS AGREEMENT!!! Paid $42+ (expensive) for Emissions and told I got my last free oil change???? (2 oil changes...not two years) ANYONE ELSE PROMISED THINGS TO SIGN YOUR NAME, AT THE END OF THE MONTH, TO MAKE THEIR QUOTAS?? More

Buyer Beware of Forgery Sadly my son’s first car (Jeep) buying experience was tarnished by Napleton. His late Uncle was an avid Jeep owner. After he passed he decided that Sadly my son’s first car (Jeep) buying experience was tarnished by Napleton. His late Uncle was an avid Jeep owner. After he passed he decided that a Jeep was going to be the first vehicle he was going to buy. He saved up for many years (even before he could drive) and put down a large down payment only to find out the contract was void due to the dealership forging our signatures on the financial documents. This experience has taught him that dealerships are untrustworthy. He also has learned to read every detail of a contract and compare promised pricing to the actual price they put on the contract. If you bought a vehicle from them over the summer check your contract for add ons and enlarged pricing. I would also suggest requesting a copy of the contract from your financial institution, and compare signatures. Are they actually yours? It’s not fun to write a negative review and I even waited until my anger subsided after finding out about the forgery. This review is for all the innocent young adults. Remember buyer beware. More

Worst Experience Of My Life The Sales Manager and General Manager treated me pathetically. When I drove an hour to look at a truck that I liked after seeing the roll over I had o The Sales Manager and General Manager treated me pathetically. When I drove an hour to look at a truck that I liked after seeing the roll over I had on the vehicle I was trading in they only wanted to try and sell me something brand new that I didn’t want. When I told the sale manager no, I wanted the one I came for he just stood up and walked away. Saying I wouldn’t be able to get a loan. Then after the salesman I had did a little pushing to try for a loan they was able to get me the loan and I was able to secure a loan through my own bank. This whole time I was never given any numbers or told of anyway to make it work. After securing a loan through my bank and through the dealership I was then also told that there would be no deal unless I went through them. The sales manager called me and asked what was wrong I proceeded to try and tell him and he would not listen, was real combative and then hung up on me. I then talked with the general manager. He would not listen, still would not work with me and even told me that he would not work with me because of the way I was treating him. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. The general manager will try and explain this away as numbers. It has nothing to do with the numbers because they never tried to make anything work with numbers from the start. More
