Poor Service from xxxx and back I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Napelton of Clermont. The process was great. But when it cones to the Service Department run away as far as you can. I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Napelton of Clermont. The process was great. But when it cones to the Service Department run away as far as you can. PLEASE bring a cot and plenty of food with you becuase you will definitely be there for a while. I brought my Journey in 2 separate times for a front end alignment and it took 4 hours each time and the issue was never fixed. Had to go back because a technician didn't put the lug nut key back in the glovebox and that was another 2 hours. This evening I go to have a simple oil change and the wait time I was told would be an hour and a half. After the hour and a half passed they said it was going into the bay next but it would be another hour wait. Bullcrap, I got my keys and left. I will change my oil myself. No more, no more. Had enough. SO PLEASE GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. More
Run away as fast as you can! So, I just got home from Napelton Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Clermont, FL. They had my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport for a week doing some work. They So, I just got home from Napelton Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Clermont, FL. They had my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport for a week doing some work. They had to replace the rear main seal, the front axle seals, alternator and tensioner pulley. I left my vehicle with them on the 9th of February. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up on the 15th. When I went to get my vehicle, there was still a loud noise under the hood and when they moved the vehicle back to the bay there was a puddle of oil under the vehicle because the rear main seal was still bad. I didn't end up getting my vehicle back until late on the 17th. When I was at a friends house i noticed they didn't put the bolts back in that hold my fuel tank skid plate to the transmission cross member. So I brought it back today to get the bolts put back in and the service manager told me they didn't take those bolts out of my jeep. Do they think everyone is an idiot. You have to take out the transmission crossmember to pull the transmission. Well he then proceeded to take the bolts from another customers vehicle (it was a white jeep wrangler, so if you have your vehicle there, make sure you check them) and tried putting them in mine after I told him that I have an upgraded crossmember. He then went to tell me that the reason those bolts are missing is because they both backed out while I was off-roading and I caught the skid plate on something causing it to bend backwards. He stuck to his story even though I told him that both the bolts were torqued to spec with lock tight. I can see one bolt may backing out but two. Also, there was not paint damage on that part of the skid plate. Needless to say I will not go back to Napelton, nor will I recommend any of my friends or family to go there. Treat your customers like idiots and word of mouth will spread. If you know anyone that uses Napelton, tell them to go elsewhere. More

Great Service There was a special running on Lube Jobs. The fellow who greeted me was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. FRAUD! Took my Chrysler Aspen in to Napleton Chrysler in Clermont in order to remedy the Takata airbag recall. They then claimed steering angle sensor was ba Took my Chrysler Aspen in to Napleton Chrysler in Clermont in order to remedy the Takata airbag recall. They then claimed steering angle sensor was bad and would cost $980 to fix. In reality, they damaged the sensor while replacing my airbag. The Service Manager agreed to repair the vehicle after I threatened to involve the media. They've had my car for two months now and have not communicated with me at all. More

Service Department Who ever is in charge of the service department should be fired. This department is completely overwhelmed and cannot handle the business they get. My experience car 1 charger took it in for a oil change. Get it back 2 days later I have 4 lights on of service that needs to be done and brakes are bad. No one said a word about it so did they do there point inspection? Car 2 ram brought it in for a oil change a recall came back for the rear differential they had the car for 7 days. Car 3 Durango brought it in for a oil change it was making a sound so I paid for a diagnostic check they thought it was a gas cap got the car back in 3 days. Left the sound continued so took it back found out it was the brakes 3 days later still haven't fixed it just took my car back. The person running this department has no idea what they are doing. Gave me a quote on some which I will be considering. Got the quote for tires, the oil change, they fixed a tire that had a nail in it, and I got new wipers all in one trip and without an appointment. They were actually offering a buy one oil change get three free deal that day. I guess I'll be going back many times more. A great deal all in all. More

We were insulted and treated poorly because (2 sisters ) out for a day of shopping did not have have their husband with them...we were treated poorly...insulted, put down and offered no help when we were stranded in a rain storm on the side of the road. The worst service ever....I am the sister who was visiting from Tallahassee, and I said " I am glad I just bought the 2015 Acura RDX"....Acura knows service.....Napleton was the worst excuse for customer service ever...don't go here. When you buy they are nice and promise the moon, but once you drive away,,,good luck,,,unless of course you have your husband with you.....they were the worst, especially the mouthy man in orange shirt in the service center when he announced he made $100k a year working their in the service department....I cant imagine how or why????? Great Service Great to deal with. Dropped vehicle off and picked up same day. Plus vehicle was washed and cleaned inside. That was a nice touch. Service advisor an Great to deal with.
