Dishonest I have purchased several vehicles from here. The sales team is excellent, I consider them my friends now. However I give the dealership 3 stars beca I have purchased several vehicles from here. The sales team is excellent, I consider them my friends now. However I give the dealership 3 stars because I would honestly give a negative rating regarding the remainder of the dealership. The sales team gets so frustrated with the issues they have in the service and car prep areas. Twice now I have paid for service that was never done. First time was a simple tire rotation, I paid the fee, went home and got a nail in a tire the next day, I went to change it and realized that the security lug nut key was in my garage, I forgot to put it in the car. I later questioned Naplteton's service department, they admitted the rotation was obviously not done since they did not have the key. Next time was yesterday, alignment, rotate, balance, and oil change. Got my vehicle back, paid the 200+ fee and it still pulled to the right, the oil indicator still showed old oil and the tires were never pulled off the vehicle. I know to look now for clues since I had a bad experience in the past. Be careful, someone in the service department is not being truthful with their work. I hope they correct this issue, the sales team doesn't deserve this. More
Oil change I visited Napleton on Friday 1/25 for an oil change. After almost waitng two hours. I spoke with the manger. He said he would let the gentleman know and gave me his contact. I called on Monday 1/28 and left a voicemail for him to contact me or my husband and he didn't. I called back later after I got off work and his reply was yes, I heard about what happened and got your voicemail. He stated he wasn't sure the tech done it. My reply was their was no scratches on my car before I broght it in for service. I am very disappointed because my husband purchased my car from Napleton in Clermont and for this kind of treatment is unacceptable. He didn't show no type of concern but I can bring it in for them to take a look at it. I guess from now on I will take a picture of my car tje next time in front of them before send it back for an oil change More
Wait over 20 minutes for service dept to answer phone I had issues with my brand new car with only 16K miles on it that Napleton Clermont sold to me. I was waiting on the phone for someone to answer for over 20 minutes each time I tried to call the service department to get an update on my vehicle (I called 3 separate times in a single day). The service department is severely understaffed, lacks training in basic customer service, and most importantly they do not care about you, your time, or your vehicle. They only care about charging you exorbitant prices for basic services on crappy vehicles they sell you. My vehicle now smells like a garage with lingering cigarette smoke. More

Shoddy work and out-right SABOTAGE of my car! I brought my 07 P/T Cruiser into Napelton in Clermont because it would NOT go over 45 MPH. The service department called me back a few days later, sa I brought my 07 P/T Cruiser into Napelton in Clermont because it would NOT go over 45 MPH. The service department called me back a few days later, saying that the car needed a new engine, and it was covered under the Lifetime Power Train Warranty. I was told I would have no expense, since the repair was covered. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. Then, I get a call from Napelton saying I owe them a $430.00 diagnostic fee. I conferenced the call with a Chrysler corporate representative and CONFIRMED that the diagnostic fee was covered for warranty repairs. Still, I was told by Napelton that I had to pay $430.00, because - and get this - the technician doing the repair is "getting frustrated!" Strange, so I told them I would come down to talk with them. I was treated with great disrespect all through this encounter with Napelton. Just treated very rudely. Come to find out, Napelton said that the engine rebuild did NOT fix the problem. They said 3 bad sensors had to be replaced, for a final bill due of close to $900.00. THEY WENT AHEAD AND DID THE REPAIR WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION! That's right, even though I signed a legal document REQUIRING THEM to get my authorization for any repair over $150.00, they went ahead and put the parts on WITHOUT EVEN CALLING ME. Now, I am not saying the price was unfair for the work. The problem was that I did NOT have the money to pay them! HAD THEY CALLED ME, LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE, I would have told them DO NOT perform the sensor repairs NOW, I will come back later WHEN I CAN PAY. The service department then TOOK THE SENSORS OFF THE CAR before returning it to me. They admitted they did not call, but offered NO CUSTOMER APPEASEMENT. Napelton treated me very poorly, but it went beyond that. Read on: 1) When I brought my car into the dealer, I had an almost NEW battery. When I got home, I saw they STOLE my battery and put in an old junk battery. 2) When I brought the car in, the A/C was working fine. Now it is NOT. 3) When I brought my car in, the hydraulic lifts for the tailgate were fine. When I opened the tailgate a week after I got the car back, the hydraulics would NOT hold up the tailgate. I could plainly see that, instead of the bright black hydraulics I was used to seeing on the car, there were old, faded gray hydraulics there. Napelton STOLE my good hydraulics and put on worn out ones. They did this SABOTAGE probably out of spite and hatred toward me, the customer who did NOTHING WRONG. You'd think they would appreciate the customers who keep them in business. They don't, they are rude, aggressive, and dishonest people. Quite frankly, any person who acted as they did toward a customer has serious mental problems. The point is, if you want your repair work done correctly, do NOT take it to ANY NAPELTON dealer. Don't buy a car from them, they do NOT deserve your business. More

I asked for tx number for Auburn Hills she said they did not have one and hung up on me. I googled them and got corp help line they took information said to call back in 2 hrs . I did and they said motor would be replaced . The dealer was very good to deal with I would recommend to every one. L S Hall More
Falls way short in all areas. In 15 years of owning Jeep Wranglers I've never experienced a lack of service as I did at Napleton of Clermont. Florida. I checked in at 10:30a and I was not out of the faculity until 3pm. I requested an oil change, rotation of the tires, and an adjustment of the handbrake. The only service performed in 4 1/2 hours of waiting was the oil change. Although I was charged over $34.00? the tire rotation was not performed. I know this because I maked the back of front right tire before bringing the Jeep in foe aeevice. When I arrived home the same tire was mounted on the right front. I now wonder if the oil and filter was changed. When I contacted the Service Manager, Craig, his reponse to my problem was to state that their first concern is for the customer and nothing more. The Service at this facility falls short of that at any Jeep facility I have used over the last 15 years of owning Jeep Wranglers. Their Napleton Kissimmee facility out performs Clermont in all respects. The only reason I brought the Jeep Wrangler to Clermont for service is because I moved to Winter Garden, Florida and the Clermont facility is closer to my home. In the future it will be well worth the drive to Napelton in Kissimmee to receive top notch service. I do not recommend anyone bring their Jeep or other Chrysler product to Napelton's Clermont location for any level of service. More
Quick and easy service I had the airbag recall to take care of. After reading all the negative reviews I thought of using a different dealer but this one was closest so gave I had the airbag recall to take care of. I stopped in to make an appt. and was taken care of promptly with an appt. set up for the next day at 8:30. I was early 8:05 and the team checked me right in and took care of the recall while I waited less than an hour. They offered to give me a ride instead of waiting but I had my book to read. I was home by 9:30 and was happy I went to this dealer. I'll keep using them if they maintain the level of professionalism I experienced this time. More
Refused to fix leak I have an "07 Jeep Wrangler with a leak around front passenger side door. Was told Jeep leak specialist only comes in on Thursday's so waited until then. Upon check-in, was told I had numerous recalls and they could take care of all of them while they had Jeep. Was also told windshield cracks could be taken care of. When the service manager called to give estimate, he explained that all seals needed to be replaced around doors and top/lid and it would be $1500. WOOOOOAAAH! So we went into dealership to discuss details. When we asked how much it would be just to fix existing leak, the "leak specialist" told us he would only do the whole job or nothing. Needless to say we were in shock and made arrangements to have leak fixed elsewhere. But we did leave Jeep there for recalls and windshield. I just called to check on it after being there for 24 hours (service is open until 2 a.m.) and NOTHING has been done! What a waste of my time! I do NOT recommend this dealership for service at all!
