We went to get an oil change because I bought a special through Groupon.com for $49 for 4 oil changes. Everything was fine. We were advised that they recommended that we replace the air filter as well as i through Groupon.com for $49 for 4 oil changes. Everything was fine. We were advised that they recommended that we replace the air filter as well as informed us of one of our tires having some wear and tear. We left the dealership and about 45 min to an hour later we received a call from your service department informing us that you guys forgot to put back our air filter. At this time we were not nearby and were unable to stop back by the dealer to pick it up. We were extremely shocked and concerned that this was overlooked and now we had to take time out to return and pick this up. We had never had this problem anywhere else ever. We decided to stop in briefly today and pick it up. When I came in the rep that assisted me,Stephanie Ramnauth greeted me and remembered who I was and had my filter ready for pick up. I then, asked her if there was any way we could find out about getting a refund for what we paid through Groupon for this deal because we were unhappy with what had taken place and felt uneasy about bringing our vehicle again since this has never happened elsewhere. She was very non chalant and just said no that it could not be refunded. I told her that we were not satisfied because of what happened. She said, yeah I know, sorry about that, it's just that they had a lot of things going on and just forgot to put it back. She was not at all apologetic and seemed to be unmoved about the situation. I told her that it still should not have happened. Then she said that what happened was that the technicians removed our air filter, since it needed to be replaced and put in a new one. This was all done before we were informed of what was being suggested. Once we declined to have it replaced, the new one was removed and the old one was never placed back. I told her that this wasn't an excuse because the filter should have never been replaced without our consent. Her response?...."yea" She did not try to appease the situation, call someone to see what could be done to help us with our request, since we were not satisfied. She did not display any signs of remorse or of wanting to go out of her way to help us. Her demeanor was that she was just there doing her job. We regret having purchased this deal and now we are stuck coming here for at least another 6 months. More
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I was not sure if I still had a "free" one left or not. Stephanie, was very friendly and effecient. She later asked me to come to the counter to look at my air filter, which needed to be replaced. Very friendly, no pressure and communication was great. I was out the door in 30 minutes despite no appointment and the extra work. More

I stopped by for an oil change this morning and was greated at the car by Stephanie and was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes. Stephanie came to the waiting area twice to give me an update. Once for the 23 point inspection with no problems and again to hand me the receipt and tell me the car will be around in a few minutes. I had no hidden charges or surprise problems with the vehicle. Great communication! More
