I needed a new battery for my wife's 2007 Jeep Wrangler. I drove to Napleton's express service lane without an appointment and was promptly greeted and helped by Erin Danh. We were having problems with our truck 20 miles from home. I spoke with Mellisa over the phone and she gave me a number of a towing company that could tow the truck to the dealership. She did offer a home. I spoke with Mellisa over the phone and she gave me a number of a towing company that could tow the truck to the dealership. She did offer a fix to reset the computer so that we might be able to make it on our own and not have to pay for towing. This worked. I received a call about an hour after dropping it off and was told that the Throttle body can be cleaned instead of just replacing it. This was not guarenteed to work but I was given the option and it did just need a good cleaning. A sensor was replace and we had our truck back less than 4 hours after dropping it off. This was our first time at this dealership and I am very satisfied. More
