While the car was in the shop (a few days), Tom kept us informed via phone until the job was completed. It's an employee such as Tom, who DID exceed our expectations. You've got one heck of an employee and a great team to back him up. (knock on wood)- The car is running so much better, no clicking sounds from underneath the front end...very quite and smoother ride, the back windows are actually rolling up and down perfectly!!!! They always keep a history of past service so I know when it is time for tire rotation and how many oil changes are prepaid. Tom Russo has helped me personally several times and always greets me with a smile. He takes the time to review my vehicle check up and explain details or answer questions. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, but I am never there long since service is quick and precise. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great auto service station...Don't forget to ask for Tom :) More
