Tom received my call before I arrive and was very friendly and professional. When I brought the car in, he met me before I even got out of my car, listened to my problem and was quick to take all th friendly and professional. I took in my 09 Dodge Ram for warranty work and to get my spark plugs changed. Rick took great care of me and got the job done right, quickly and for a great price. I took my car to Orlando Dodge where they told me nothing I took my car to Orlando Dodge where they told me nothing was wrong and I had looked up the problem on line and found that the car had TSB's on th I took my car to Orlando Dodge where they told me nothing was wrong and I had looked up the problem on line and found that the car had TSB's on the problem they said it didn't cover my problem but wanted to sell me tires and anything else they could fine but not fix my problem!! I called Napleton and talked to Rick he told me he knew the TSB's I told him about he told me to bring car in around 2pm and when I got there he imdettaly took in in and had a mechanic get on it they come out and told me the computer was bad and orded one this was on friday before Labor Day I took it back on tuesday after Laber Day cause we where out of town. They took it back in right after I got there repaired it and returned it to me whith no charges .Rick told me straight honest to the point not like the person at the other dealer. They will have all my work from now on! More
