I did not hear anything when inquired about truck they had. Drove an hour hoping truck was there. Was told truck was on test drive. When I went to leave salesman magically finds keys to the truck that was had. Drove an hour hoping truck was there. Was told truck was on test drive. When I went to leave salesman magically finds keys to the truck that was in the shop the whole time. They end up on the lower end on trade value and try to add an 1,100 dollar accessories fee to buyers order for wheel protection, dent protection and shadow paint.... I end up leaving and relayed to salesman very motivated to buy now. She said they wouldn't offer me anymore on my trade. Salesman sent me trade values with none of my options or even the right transmission. When I told the salesman the options could change the values in my favor the used car manager changed the KBB and NADA values from clean to fair and average in order for the trade values to stay low. GM emailed me, I wrote him about how I felt. Him or someone else called me and said they would get to the bottom of the trade value issue. Then I was asked if I wanted a fair trade value for my car would I be willing to pay 31,988 for their truck instead of the asking price of 28,988? Very bad business stay away!!! More

I couldn't be happier with her service, the deal I negotiated and the "paperwork" was seamless. My only criticism ...upon delivery the vehicle had no windshield wiper fluid and the air cleaner was excessively dirty. In my thinking these were dealer items that should of been routinely handled ...and since I didn't check.. they were on me after I got home. I highly recommend reaching out to Dawn...she'll do everything she can to get ya the best deal possible. More
I drop my truck on monday for a simple plug installations take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice m take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice message and never call me back ,later spoked with the manager who supposed to contact me asap but never did ,call again and now they want to charge me twice for the job they already get pay because they miss it up and dont know how to came clean with the job if you guys out there thinking bring you vehicle to a dealer ship I encourage you to find a better place to go because this dealer when you go for the first time they treat you like a king but after they get you car you just have to sit and wait until they want to give it call or give you cars ,,,when there because somebody recommend it to me for installation of 7way plug just come back to the dealer because the plug don't work and I wish never going there in the first time and this is not anonymous customer my name is pablo and I so mad at the dealer because my bad experiences that I have it and nobody should be treated like that More

Had a very unusual event that turned out positive thanks to the wonderful folks at Napleton. My friend Harvey M. purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd with 110K miles. The truck was very nice. Less than to the wonderful folks at Napleton. My friend Harvey M. purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 4wd with 110K miles. The truck was very nice. Less than 24 hours later, with less than 50 miles driven, we had to.pull off the side of I4 due to the transmission not working (no forward or reverse)! Had it towed to Napleton and it turned out the transmission was trash - unrepairable. Having purchased the truck "as is" he figured he was stuck with it. Unbelievably, Napleton management got together and they took it back, cancelled the loan and refunded the deposit! During that process, the sales rep, Frank L., found a 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 Hemi 5.7L 4wd with only 53K miles that was factory certified. My friend, Harvey M., ended up with the 2018 Dodge with full bumper to bumper warranty for around the same price as the 2017 Chevy! Now that was a very positive experience. I want to thank the Napleton team for working to get such a great outcome. Thank you to Frank L. sales representative, Megan R. sales manager, Mark D. fleet sales manager and Luis M. finance officer.
