Buyer beware!! Wasted our time driving out there by leading my son to believe they would give him $4k more for his trade than they actually offered once we got there. Not sure if they just took advantage of a kid or if they do this with everyone, but it was definitely a lesson for him in what gives car salesmen a bad name. Called regarding a used car, and was directed to use the online trade in tool to value our trade. The woman we spoke with on the phone told us multiple times that it would show a very low offer and that if we came into the dealership, they would be able to offer us much more. He told her what he needed to get foe the car, and she said it seemed close enough that they could get there. Of course, I’m sure that was said just to get us there because once we made the hour drive, their offer was $4k lower. Staff was friendly, so I guess there’s that. I’ll just never be a fan of anyone who takes advantage of my kid. More
No communication after sale. Was told truck was inspected in there shop. Truck did not have headlights left me stranded at night. The $40,000 vehicle we inquired about that other dealerships were advertising anywhere from $8000 to $10000 off that we were told they would match was almost $50,000 after $5000 market adjustment and other fees. Our trade in which we provided proof of up to $23,300 from other dealers they offered us around $15,000. We are seniors and it was very clear they were taken advantage of us . If you are a senior don’t go there unless you want to be taken advantage of . My biggest point is why did they feel they could waste 2 hours of our time when we were very clear on what our expectations were. Do they feel our time isn’t important? More

Where do I start! My interaction started online with Tyisha! She took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. When I arrived at the dealership I was tired as it was an hour commute for me. I was immediately greeted and set up with a sales person. I was given Josas! I'm so glad that I was! He wasn't pushy at all! He was extremely patient! Understood my needs financially and was completely honest as to whether or not he and the Finance Manager could make a reasonable deal with them and the vehicle I desired. He mad himself available to me every step of the way. Even though I didn't make the purchase the first time I was there, and this was at no fault of theirs, he communicated with me the entire time. He provided me with his personal cell number and made me feel like my business was important. He made me feel like it was more than a sale to him! He shared my excitement in purchasing my dream car which was and is a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T Blacktop Edition! My second trip, I drove off the lot knowing I made a great deal! Everyone at this dealership was very professional and accommodating! I got an amazing deal on my trade, everything I needed to complete the transaction was done in person and remotely as I had to have a cosigner! I didn't have a million inquiries on my credit report either! If you are looking for a great deal and exceptional customer service then go see Josas at Napelton! I spent at least three days working this dealership and came to a deal on a 2021 unlimited sahara 4x4, snazzberry, altitude. I arrived at the dealership to start the purchase process and the on duty manager gave me a song and dance on why I could not view the vehicle. In the end I was told the owner forced them to delivery my vehicle to their Kissimmee dealership to sell to someone else. A second vehicle was located and allegedly was destined for the dealership for me also. Again, the vehicle became unavailable to me. My sales representative Billy was outstanding and I believe things were out of his control. This was an awful experience. More
