I took my 2003 dodge dakota for a checkup and a quote. I was greeted very nicely and updated on the status of my order every so often. Fortunately and thankfully, he told me straightforward and truthfully that my truck was in superb condition. aside from a very minor problem, all was well and i left the dealer happy and ready to return if need arises. they ask you to register and then they call you day and night... the free oil change does not include filter,,, the manager was a total jerk, he put the rebates and my trade together,, then was there for o night... the free oil change does not include filter,,, the manager was a total jerk, he put the rebates and my trade together,, then was there for over 5 hours and kept getting jerked around, my friend bought a used for explorer there and 2 days later spent 700 on new tires, then they called her and said her loan was denied, took explorer back and would not reimburse her for the 700 she spent on tires......they are crooks and the owner is an arrogant jerk More
