Could not rate quality of work, overall experience or price because they have to yet find out what is wrong with my Town and Country. The "Star" Chrysler engineers are supposed to be working on the prob price because they have to yet find out what is wrong with my Town and Country. We have a Jeep and a Dodge Pickup, that we bring for all our service work. Tom Russo is always very helpful. Even when I surprised my boyfriend with a scavenger hunt they were helpful in giving him one of t our service work. Tom Russo is always very helpful. Although I found the prices to be moderate, the level of customer service was excellent. I had an issue with my vehicle, and Rick was able to accommodate me the same day, while offering me shuttle services customer service was excellent. I was actually in today just for an oil change, but I also bought my car at this dealership. They are very friendly, and really worked out a deal I could live with when I bought the car. I just recently moved to the city of Clermont and have had to get my van repaired on a few occasions. Every time , I have taken my van to Napleton Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I have been greeted by a kind and respectful gentleman named Tom Russo. This man has helped me with great pricing and amazing customer service with different repairs on each visit. He has always put in time to work with me concerning different payment methods and supplying estimates for each repair. Tom has also given me adequate time frames in which my vehicle would be repaired, and friendly phone calls to update me on the status of my van.
