Napleton Clermont is just a scam. For some reason they give bad deals, they make racist remarks, they disrespect the customer and provide no solutions. I wish there was a negative rating to give. This dealership does not stand behind its work, they sold a "lemon" to a person in my family and they can't figure out how to fix it. Do not buy a car from these people! Bought a certified pre-owned wrangler from them and it has been in the shop 6 times with the same issue, starting less than a month after purchase. T Bought a certified pre-owned wrangler from them and it has been in the shop 6 times with the same issue, starting less than a month after purchase. They have been unable to fix it and do not seem overly concerned with the safety of the vehicle as a result of the unfixed electrical issue. I am currently driving the vehicle because it needs to, "happen when it's in the shop." Meanwhile, it has been witnessed by several workers at the dealership, it's just not happening when it is convenient to them. I have expressed that I no longer want the vehicle and I want them to buy it back, they have thus far offered to buy it back, but I have to take a $16k hit on the resale. I am currently waiting for my vehicle to fail again, though that won't help me much because it will not be at their shop when it fails, so I once again have to wait for it to fail, then bring it in, and then hope it happens while it is there. Sales manager seemed completely uninterested in speaking to me today, like I was just an annoyance to him. I asked if he would take me seriously when the electrical issue progressed to a point where the vehicle failed while I was driving with my family, and he seemed to not care at all. Do yourself a favor, if you can buy a vehicle anywhere else please do so, this dealer is awful. More
