I brought our van in for an oil change (3 for one-great deal!) and to find out what was making clicking sound. The sound was diagnosed and fixed as part of the extended warranty. I went in to have my oil change 7 months after purchasing I went in to have my oil change 7 months after purchasing my Titan truck. I had only put 15,000 miles on my truck. Tom called and found out that I went in to have my oil change 7 months after purchasing my Titan truck. I had only put 15,000 miles on my truck. Tom called and found out that an oil change was required after 6 months, with one month leeway. He was very polite and helpful to deal with. My thanks to Tom for all his help. More
